Services
LIVE Crabs must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. These are our premium crabs, sorted by size and are the nicest and heaviest crabs of the day. These are not our premium crabs. They are unsorted and are of minimum size and weight. Mick's will refund or replace any crab you are unhappy with, but they must be returned to receive a refund.
Host your next event at Mick's Crab House! We offer bookings for small private parties as well as full scale crab feast for fundraisers, corporate events, and family reunions. We offer the option of a Crab Feast, Buffet Lunch or Dinner, and Sit-Down Dinners! We can host 25 to 200+ people for any event that you can imagine!

All you can eat crabs were delicious! The buffet for all you can eat crabs was very sad. Do not come to the all you can eat buffet if you do not intend to fill up on crabs! The buffet includes a get your own drink or unsweetened tea bar (pretty darn good tea) and a cash bar. Cannot comment on the restaurant and that menu as it is totally separate.

Well, when in Rome or this case Maryland you have to have crab cakes. Staying in Elkton, MD and was craving crab cakes. Was not disappointed. Ordered the 2 crab cakes with baked potato and broccoli. The crab cakes were big and full of crab and not much bread. Meaty and tasty. Was the typical crab place with paper over the tables, buckets on the table for crab shells and such. Service was good, but I was a single sitting in the bar area (don't judge me, it's where I am most comfortable) but I do believe you get good service as 1 person on the bar. Now, Let me start this off by saying Mick has been good for the many times that I have been there. The AYCE crabs and even the dozen I drive an hour to and hour back from Philly is sort of worth my drive. However, I ordered these crabs last Friday. I know all crabs crab differently but this was absolutely unacceptable for $50 after taxes. What in the world is this? ALL 12 of my crabs looked like this. This was absolutely the most disgusting crabs I've ever had in my years of eating crabs. I will definitely give Micks a break for a while because this is unacceptable.

Beware, this place used to be good, Saturday May 2nd. Very unprofessional and rude woman working up front. Most businesses are happy to have customers right now. Apparently, this one could care less. When I'm spending $150, I expect to be treated with a little respect. Go elsewhere to buy crabs in MD, they will be happy to see you.

Will not return! Our second time here and it was so disappointing, our waitress was rude (Jordan) ordered a loaded baked potato with meal, was told it would take 20+ minutes for well done burger asked waitress to take off the extra for said potato got an attitude still charged for it asked again to take off regardless it's only 1.79 why would I pay for something I didn't eat. No manger came to apologize and I could tell they were talking about us when removing the added item. Will not go back there nor recommend it. We made reservations for Mother's Day and asked if they would have all you can eat crabs. We were told yes so we booked a reservation. After being seated for our 5 p.m. dinner reservation the waitress came over and we started to place our order and were told they ran out of all you can eat crabs half an hour ago. They had our phone number and should have called to alert us or at least let us know upon entering the establishment that they had run out of crabs. How do you run out at the beginning of your dinner service on one of the busiest holidays of the year?

Placed an order for crabs and arrived to learn the credit card system has been "up and down" all day. I waited for a quite a bit while, who I assume is the owner, calls Comcast to try and correct this problem. Instead of offering a discount if I ran to the ATM to get cash, they said no to the offer and rather Ed I wait until I could pay with my card or pay the full amount via cash that required me to use an ATM that would charge me a fee (down the street on the opposite side of their location).
I left my order and never plan to return. They were a backup anyway.

We stopped by Mick's on our way back home to NY. It's hard to come to Maryland and not get a crab or two...
Since we were on our way home, we kind of had to stick to restaurants that were on the way and convenient, so we went to Mick's
The restaurant itself is big and spacious with lots of TVs and fun decoration. The tables and seats were clean - which can be a bit hard when you serve tons of messy seafood! The hostess was nice and we had Brittany serving us. She was super sweet and patient, and she did her best to check in on us.
We ordered the clams, fries, cole slaw, corn

I was craving for Maryland Blue Crabs throughout the whole summer. Sadden that crabby season is ending and driving to OCMD would be a waste. So I woke up this morning procrastinating about where I wanted to feast. Been hearing about Mick's since living here and pretty sure it's quite popular amongst the locals.
My family drove out from Jersey and decided to link up with me. They have a nice lot, so no worries with parking. We were greeted and seated quickly. We wanted Jumbo sized crabs, but they weren't available and neither were the Large's. Instead we opted for the Mediums
