The staff and managers are so unhelpful and it’s a complete rip off to stay here. There are a lot of bugs and pests. A train right beside you so it is loud. The community is dirty and the managers of this establishment will rip you off any chance they get. Definitely don’t recommend. Don’t waste your time. Me and at least 3 of my other close friends have moved out due to this issue and I’ve seen plenty of other similar complaints plus some on the residential portal. It’s not worth it for the price save your money you can get a much better deal, better community and more understanding

I moved in here in July last year and all I can say is that the customer service goes above and beyond. The ladies at the office Fabiana, Ana, Carolina, Marcela and Ivana are always so happy to help and resolve any issues and the maintenance crew had always responded as soon as possible. I highly recommend Midtown Aventura as an amazing please to live as I myself am renewing my contract. 🤩😁🤗

Great community to live in. Move in was simple and quick. The apartments are great inside, good size and have good sound protection. Service requests are typically handled promptly by the maintenance staff and there is not many issues at all. Has a great location near aventura and close to I-95 as well. Would definitely recommend.

I recently moved into a 1/1. Staff is nice but management company is terrible. No security and no way to get into your place if ever locked out. I moved out after two months because there were fruit flies everywhere. I was paying for pest control and they still refused to help. They charge for pest control and still do nothing.

It’s amazing this is exactly what I’m talking about not feeling safe in my community where I live the gate not again but all this is like the 50th time that is broken just anybody could just driving in with out a problem. The gate has been broken since last week Friday I’ve been taking pictures every day that I’m driving and out from morning tonight and the gate it’s still not fixed it is now Tuesday it’s amazing how they don’t take care of the community. I've been living here for a 6 months now. It's a decent complex, has it's pros and cons, my overall score is good. Pros: it's new, that is, it has a great condition, nice furniture, bath tubes, public amenities; mostly adequate neighbors; good noise protection (building has all concrete walls and floors); it's located right across the street from Aventura Mall (if you're into shopping). Cons: parking is outdoor only, sometimes (rarely) it's not easy to find a spot; some neighbors may make you sad (pot, trash in the hallway, bad parking, etc); street location - it's far from good, sometimes delivery
