Love their service and prices! I take me and my wife’s car there. Only problem I have is the time. I dropped my car off Sunday evening. There has been plenty of people that got serviced before I did but came after me. Don’t see the point in a drop box if everyone will be able to pass me anyway. I still wouldn’t trust any other service though so I’ll wait!

While traveling for work, 3 hours from home, my truck blew a hose to the turbo on I-59. I limped it to the closest exit and discovered what was wrong and looked up the nearest dealership to try to get it fixed.… I made it in limp mode back to the dealership only to be told that they didn't have the part and that they don't work on diesel trucks, even though they had a lot full of them to sell! Luckily, there was an auto zone across the street. They also did not have the part, but sent me to Durrell Tire. This was the best luck I had all day, not only did they go out of there way to get the

I would recommend Durrell Tire and Auto for all of your automotive needs. They are very honest and trust worthy. I recently carried my mom's car there and they replaced the water pump. Durrell Tire's price was cheaper than anywhere else we checked and we had the car back in just a couple of days.

This man is very rude ! I paid him $475.00 for Put two new front rollers and brakes all the way around! My brakes wouldn’t stop squeaking so I waited because I know when you get brakes you have to wait a week or something before the sounds stops and I waited 3weeks and the car still squeaking, so I took the car back and he did say he would put so… more new brakes pads on it! The next day my car sounded like it was dragging, so I said okay maybe it’s because they’re new ! I was pulling up to a gas station and a guy told me .... he said baby your brakes sound terrible ! I

Durrell has been servicing my 2003 Toyota Highlander for several years now. I have purchased my tires there and they have always honored the warranty and general tire maintenance. I recently took a friend’s 2011 Impala there for some air conditioning issues. I can’t say enough about their great experience in all sorts of auto repair.
