The level of un professionalism, dishonesty and robbery is out of this world by David Mayeta Lic # RB-12039 Founder/CEO & Principal Broker and Chieh- Chieh “J.J” Chyan Lic# RB-22184 Realtor/ Property Manager. Chyan will lie in the initial process, if there is something wrong she will tell you by phone that they will fix it and then never get it fix, then when you move out this lady will make you pay for it. Their “excuse” go from there is nothing on paper to you did not measure the stain. They are lying and charging us with the most ridiculous charges.

Amazing and fast customer service. The property managers are always responsive. The moment I call with something that I need, they always help me faster than I expected. They were surprisingly great during the COVID times with getting maintenance out to my unit. Been happy for the whole year I've been with them.
