I dropped my old tires off at 9 to be swapped for new ones. Was told they would have them ready in a couple hours and they would call. I called them at 2 and they hadn't even started them, he said give him 30 or 40 minutes. I showed up 50 minutes later and they had just started working on them. I waited around for 20 more minutes and they were done but here's the kicker. The clerk told me to meet him around back to hand over the tires, I pull around and am standing there for 10 minutes....I walk back in the office and the guy is just sitting at the counter, completely forgot that

I am a regular customer of RAD performance, I was on my way to work and had a screw in my tire. They put me ahead of everyone and got my tire fixed in a flash! They even worked with me payment wise because my check had not hit my account yet ! A+ Customer service.

I came here once for sum lugz for a set of rims I had. The rims weren't from them. But anyway, I spoke on the phone about my situation, then I came in. They treated me great and tried their best to handle the problem I had. I will come back to check them out for work on my truck bcuz of my previous dealing with them. I appreciate the way they talked to me and they were very knowledgeable.

I have been wanting rims on my car for awhile now and it is very difficult to find people I trust. After doing my own research I went to Rad Performance first to price check. They were friendly, answered all of my questions comfortably, and gave me information on what I needed. I went to three other places and Rad Performance won by a longshot with price, and service. They even took me to work when I left my car there. I suggest going to them.

Horrible! A $15,000 car needs a complete new motor which is $5,000 within the first year and this is after spending several thousand in multiple minor repairs. Speakers, sensors, pumps, gauges, and all kinds of stuff had to be replaced but that $5000 motor takes the cake. It was in their shop days after I bought it and I think they did more damage than repairs. Very rude repair man that was pissed just because I asked for some service records for what had been done. Bennett (the salesman) noticed how rude and hateful the service man was and shrugged if off and told me he was like that to everybody
