Took our 06 Honda Element there because it was overheating sometimes when idling. They quickly determined the fans needed to be replaced and they finished the repair the same day and for a reasonable price so we were very happy and will be back. I checked the parts that were replaced afterward and the best I could tell, they looked clean/new.

If you have a MINI in Greensboro this shop should be your first choice! Everyone on staff is very kind and willing to talk through car troubles so you feel a part of the process. They're very transparent about what time to expect your vehicle and they under promise and over deliver by getting it back to you in a timely manner. They also left me a baked good in my car after the service as shown in the photo. 10/10 will visit again.

This business knows how to repair Prius models.They were recommended to me and surpassed all of my expectations. Sent my daughter with her Camry to have her a new headlight control function switch on the column installed. They were awesome, she said this best place around and are extremely friendly with best customer service experience she could ask for. I been in past and was always happy but extra pleased they took good care of my daughter and her car for a very reasonable price.

This place is awesome. Dependable service and the let you supply your own parts. I'm all about saving some dough wherever I can. I brought my own oil for my oil change saved me about 30 bucks. Last oil change was at the dealership spent at least 60 dollars and that's with a discount. They have done a lot of work for me. I do some smaller stuff myself like changing cabinet filter and air filters. Only one time I was a little trouble with them. They changed out my lights and then my flood lights stopped working. Overall I like their service.

I have been a very happy and loyal customer of the Z shop for more than 20 years. The professionalism of every person I have dealt with there has been exceptional. I trust them which is a big deal for me as a woman navigating sometimes expensive car maintenance and repair without a lot of knowledge. Their work is excellent and they stand behind it. I brought my truck into Autotrends last Friday to have a hitch put on my truck and to get an oil change. If i could give them 10 stars I would. Their customer service is the best. I was treated with respect and courtesy. They are professional and very kind. They even vacuumed my truck! I am so glad I found them. I will never use any other mechanic. And my final price was even $50 less than quoted!

Great service above and beyond what I would have expected. I was in and out in no time and their waiting area was very nice. They were very clear about what was happening with my car so I never was worried I was getting fooled. Topped off my fluids and even vacuumed!

Both of our cars needed service at the same time. They provide shuttle service. The estimates are honest and accurate (no surprises). The communication was clear and consistent. The service from this place is amazing. And it is amazingly clean, like restaurant clean. The way they take care of their property itself makes us feel good about how they will take care of our cars. We HATE getting car repairs and service like most people probably but they make it an incredible experience and we won't go anywhere else. Thanks Autotrends.

Can't understand how this place could get a 4 out 5 stars. Went in to get an estimate of cost/negotiate on scope of work, on some work on my vw. Instead the manager, Jerry, kind of acted like he didn't even want to deal with me. Instead of discussing with a mechanic on the problem, instead manager wanted the key to car, it was driven in, then just left. Until I told them I had to leave now, and I left. Most disfunctional operation I have experienced in a long time....

This is my absolute favorite mechanic. I live in Cincinnati but still get most of my major work done here because these guys are great. Most recently they helped me when I had an emergency on the road- I was able to call them and walk them through the issue and they determined the problem and how I could explain it to local mechanics. These guys are amazing!

Tldr: the people in charge seem like good people, I'm willing to believe that they do some good work, but the quality of work I got was not only bad but dangerous, and parts were double what someone with no mechanic shop connections pays at Napa or Autozone.
Brought my 1990 Jeep here. I want to say first that Gary, the only person I talked to directly, was great. Nice guy, excellent customer service. Can't say the service my car got lived up to it. Needed a new water pump, and the part cost me over twice what I'd pay for it new at a store ($80 v $35). // There's no water pump

Brought my Jeep here because I was having trouble with it overheating at idle and low speeds. I had never been here before, but after reading the good reviews and seeing that they had a specialized Jeep division I figured I'd give it a shot - plus my normal mechanic works weird hours and I needed this problem fixed ASAP.
I arrived about 15 mins before my scheduled appointment and the guy at the desk was very friendly. He took my car back right away for them to get started. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the free wifi and fresh baked cookies, coffee and water were a nice touch

My family has been customers of Auto Trends since its "Z Shop" days 25 years ago, and the service is always excellent. I've read the reviews about Auto Trends being "overpriced", but I'm not sure where they are getting their quotes from - I'm a researcher and have compared prices at different times and they have come in cheaper than other recommended shops on numerous occasions. They are way overpriced. Charge $106 per hour for labor and TWICE the cost of a part. It cost me $215 to change a simple relay switch. Then they "found" a leak in my water pump and wanted to charge a min. of $700 - 2 other places in town quoted me average of $300-$400. They left wires hanging from under my dashboard. The best I can say about this company is that they are polite, but they will never see me again!

We have been coming to AutoTrends/ZShop/JeepGuys for about 20 years, first with a 240Z then with a RAV. The Hill family (John and his son John, who now runs it) are honest, fair, very knowledgeable, and low pressure. This is the way a car repair shop is supposed to be. They have always done the work correctly, courteously, and on time. They can work on about anything. The shop is clean as a whistle. They are good about drive ups and let you wait. Helpful nearby dining hint: Smith's Diner across the street is excellent; great breakfast (pancakes, bacon, biscuits,oatmeal) and lunch;

Don't believe the hype. They have a very lovely lobby and super polite staff, but they charge well more than many of their less glossy competitors. I've taken two of my cars there on two different occasions. I was told the first needed a rebuilt brake system, the second supposedly required a rebuilt transmission. Each quote was approximately $2000, and they insisted the work would take days. I followed my gut and shopped around and found plenty of competent mechanics to fix the problems for substantially less, in less time, and of great quality. Autotrends will "nice"

We have had our car serviced here twice now and have always had great service. We have found they have never recommended unnecessary service. In fact we discovered them through a 2nd opinion from our dealership - they saved us $1,000.00!
They have a free shuttle service and weekend hours.
