I have used Caseys for attention to several cars over the years to great satisfaction with the work and the polite service. However, last week I had a special problem with needing to finally dispatch and old car and it turned out that a close family contact who was in the hospital for several days recovered just in time to plead with me to donate the car (to this person) and transfer responsibility for its rehab rather than send it to salvage. My instructions were a little messy and it had been picked up already from Caseys. However, they assisted with helping me resolve the issue and get cooperation

I went in to have a tire checked that seemed to be losing air. They couldn’t find anything in that tire but discovered another tire had a nail in it. Patched that tire & also found air leaking around the valve stem of the first tire & fixed it as well. Awesome service & I highly recommend Casey’s. Adrian was amazing & so helpful.

What can I say? I never leave negative reviews anywhere even when something really inconvenient or slightly bad happens, but I want to warn others to NOT take their car here. I typically do not take my car anywhere, and do repairs myself, but personal circumstances came up to where I had no choice. I paid $1200 to have all my brakes completely done, bought 4 new tires plus got an alignment done, and made sure I got the warranty in case I needed to bring my car back. This was back in April and since then I have needed to bring my car back TWICE. The first time was in August, 4 months since the first

Came in yesterday without an appointment with check engine light.Had to leave car but they were able to look at it and do the repairs.Problem solved and today I pass inspection.I will be coming to you'll when I have car troubles and tell everybody to come too.Thanks for being polite and very informative.Im so happy with my service.10 stars

This was my 1st time using Casey's. A friend has used them for a long time and I wasn't thrilled with where I had been going. I found their communication excellent. Their estimates were clear and accurate. They were super easy to work with. The work they did was also superior. Then when I had a question after the service they were still quick, friendly, and helpful. I've found a new garage!

Why bother making an appointment? - Made an appointment to get a tire patched, because I did not have time to do it myself but I needed my car to get to a professional engagement later in the day. I showed up on time for my appointment, gave the staff my keys and information, then sat and waited for an hour while they helped other customers. Once they did get around to my tire patch, it took another 45 minutes to repair.
I didn't get a quote of the cost of repair, but I also didn't ask. The cost turned out to be reasonable for the service.

Looking for an honest repair shop? Look to Casey's! Great group of people, honest, friendly and they guarantee their work for a year! They do only what's necessary, and let you know of upcoming manufacturer recommended service to keep you in warranty.
