As a Homeowner i Allow Tanglewood to manage my property it started do it from the beginning and then it turned into a nightmare that guy Curtis is a liar and a joke and a thief and he’s money hungry he will say anything to get a contract and cannot follow through with it

Peaceful, and not far from Helen GA. The cabin we stayed in was clean but not very maintained. Several pieces of decor in the cabin were broken or missing parts. The site said secluded but you could see a cabin on 3 different sides of our cabin within 50 yards so there was nothing for our kids to see or explore without being in someone's cabin area. The deck to our cabin was in bad repair from years of neglect with several rotten boards especially around the railing and the hottub was falling apart and non functional. They told me the hottub was broken and was being replaced soon but the price

Tanglewood is by far our favorite place to rent from for our visits to the Helen, GA area. We’ve used their services repeatedly! Homes are as described, clean , and have everything you need for a pleasant stay in the north Georgia mountains. They frequently have specials and are y responsive to recommendations and questions. Easy late check in procedures.

We had a WONDERFUL TIME, there was plenty of room outside to do what we want, helpful people from the office that provide play equipment, plenty of space to play outside and have a bar b q under the covered tables and a lot to do in Helen. The tubing was one of the favorite outing and the hikes around the forest. Inside the cabin was roomy too. I would highly recommend to anyone. I would come back a gain. We were in the Lodge.

I booked using AirBnb but missed the deadline to review on there. Felt I had to come review here because I had a great experience. I was skeptical at first because this particular cabin (#42 Whispering Pines) only had 2 reviews when booking but it was better than I expected! We stayed the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday a week before Christmas. When we got to the cabin we we're surprised to see a Christmas tree! That totally made our weekend as we we're not expecting it. The cabin was small, warm and super cozy and the pictures don't do it justice. The hot tub was fully functioning and

Just finished up our stay over the holiday weekend and we are back home. Figured I'd write a good review since we really enjoyed our stay here in our cabin. We stayed in Bear Cabin or bear run cabin #47. The pictures actually don't do it justice. We were high surprised when entering the cabin. It was clean and a lot nicer than the photos posted on website. They offer military discount- woo Hoo! Each person I spoke to at the office was helpful and sweet. The roads to get to the cabins aren't paved but we drove my sedan down them just fine. We would definitely stay at the cabins

Had a great 2 night stay in late October. Cabin was clean. Appliances up to date. Check in was a breeze. Stayed in northern exposure cabin 32. It was secluded and quiet. Hot tub for relaxing after hiking. The only negative is the gravel road leading back to the cabins is a little rough, several rutted out areas need to be graded. This is a one bedroom cabin. Loved the wall heater in the bathroom- nice and toasty when coming in from the hot tub.

Nice little cabin, with a lot of potential. We just stayed there on the weekend.
Very dirty little cabin, when we arrived we must have interrupted the receptionists dinner, because she basically handed us the keys took my money pointed us to the cabin and that's it.
I do realize it was a cottage and not a hotel, but the porch should have been swept and the dishes should have been clean the blanket we found in drawer was crusty, at least wash it once month.
I've stayed in better.

Tanglewood is the cutest, nicest, rustic, clean, and super comfy cabins! Great cabins for your money! We stayed at the sweetheart cabins and had a fantastic vacation going to ana rubi falls and unicoy park for some hiking! The best part of staying at Tanglewood is that we could bring our pup with us on our vacation! I highly recommend staying at these cabins for a cozy vacation :-) we will be back!
