Great Cozy Cabin for two in a great location to downtown Helen with multiple routes to bypass traffic if need be. It was a perfect cabin for our stay & sitting on the back deck is like living in the trees. A great place that we would stay at again! Cabin #8 "just the two of us" was very clean and perfect for us.

We are currently staying in Purpleaire. My hubby and I are here celebrating our 23rd anniversary. We originally booked four nights, but decided to extend our trip by another night. The cabin is gorgeous and has an amazing view. Everything is even better than it looked in the pictures. Comfy bed and nice rocking chairs on the deck. The staff has been extremely responsive and helpful to us before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental company!

We had a lovely week at the Mountain View cabin last week, but the best part was after I realized that I had left my husband's laptop in a dresser drawer, and the cabin was occupied the very day we left. Jim stepped in immediately to retrieve the laptop and overnight it back to my husband so he could get back to work after a week off. He called and left voicemails for me throughout those couple of days to keep me posted on his attention to my dilemma. Fantastic customer service!

The cabin was not rental ready. Mold in both bathrooms and on both shower curtain liners. The shower on the main floor bath was gross - the shower curtain in addition to the liner was dirty, torn and moldy as well. The towels in both bathrooms smelled and required washing before we could use. The bathroom floors were dirty and unsanitary. The kitchen was poorly equipped with left over food from previous guest. Dishes in the of cabinet appeared to have been recently used but if you pulled out four you hit the dirty, greasy dishes. All pots and pans were dirty. The bed in the master bed appeared

The sunset deer creek was amazing. My boyfriend and I went for his birthday and it was a fun get away. The cabin was so cute and cozy. The hot tub was clean and the mountain views are beautiful. The customer service is great and the hospitality app was so convenient. Beyond what I expected

The start of our trip was trying to find the Birds Eye View cabin, please take the warning seriously on the website about being in a truck or a 4x4 vehicle, it is very necessary. Thankfully we were in a truck but I was still a little weary. (and definitely get back before 4, you do not want to be on the road to the cabin at night). The cabin had a small ladybug problem due to being season, but I do not like bugs so I called Sherri at the office and she is the sweetest person ever. She moved us to Woodland Waltz and it was the most beautiful place. Everything was spotless and holiday decorated,
