For all appointments, email Roy at roy@gracebicycles.com or message the store on Facebook. Yes, the hours may seem a bit funny. However, these hours allow us to balance time spent at work against time spent with our families, which is very important. Furthermore, we like to schedule bicycle fittings either before or after store hours so that we can give you our full attention.
Thinking of buying a new bicycle? One of your first choices, and not necessarily an easy one, will be where to shop. It can be a challenge because there are a myriad of stores that carry two-wheelers, from specialty retailers, to giant department stores, to backyard garage operations. Where you buy, however, has everything to do with what you get.

Chaotic starts, the battle for position, red zone climbs and technical descents. XC racing is where adrenaline meets endurance, and this all-new superlight hardtail gives you just the kick you need to move up through the pack. When it comes to pure XC racing speed and performance, nothing beats the efficiency of a lightweight composite hardtail.

Although I did not purchase my bike from this shop, I have had it serviced here several times and have been very pleased with the results. The owner, Roy, is responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant, and makes time for his customers despite being deluged with requests during peak season. I am new to cycling and ask lots of questions and Roy patiently takes the time to address my concerns and gently offer suggestions. So lucky to live in a town with a great bicycle shop! Yay!

I am a huge fan of Roy and his bike shop. Bought a new bike two years ago after a detailed fitting. The bike is a dream. Have been back for extras and for a one-year tune up. It's worth waiting for the appointment for the fitting, and the technology is very cool. Roy knows exactly what he is doing and he someone you can absolutely trust. And on top of that, he's a nice guy.

Roy is great and this shop is great. I am actually willing to drive an hour to get to this shop because I know he will do a good job, he is willing to take the time to explain things to me, and he is someone I can trust. I am still relatively new to cycling and he always is willing to take time to show me things I have been having trouble with and teach me how to do it like trimming, changing a tire, and tightening the tension on my pedals. He genuinely cares about his customers and helping people learn as much about their bikes as they can. He runs the way every bike shop should run and I really

My wife and I bought hybrid bikes at this shop. They have a nice selection of bikes and accessories. We dealt with Scott, who was very knowledgeable and personable. We felt that the prices were fair and that the bikes we purchased really met our needs. Their service has been excellent and they are very responsive and accommodating.

My friend and I were on a training ride this weekend when we ended up with a double flat not far from Roy's shop. We called to ask him a question and when we explained our situation he generously offered to come to where we were to get it sorted out. Roy showed up 10 minutes later ,fixed our bikes and adjusted the cleats on our shoes. I honestly can't believe how helpful and pleasant he was. On our way to his shop to pay, we ended up with a derailleur problem and had to walk part of the way. Again Roy graciously tweaked the part and we are on our way again. This is why I like to support

Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, and keen attention to detail - there are few retail establishments where it is this enjoyable to do business. Customer comes first - really it happens at Grace. Doesn't get any better for a new bike, fittings, service/repair, or new kit. Sunday and Thursday night ride groups always enjoyable.

Great little bike shop. They are honest and knowledgeable. I have only bought a few accessories from them, no bikes, but I bring all my bikes to them for servicing and they do a great job. They are honest, last time I brought my mountain bike it, they didn't charge me to fix my rear brake because it just took them a couple minutes. They could have easily made some easy money from me there. Always willing to take the time to explain everything. Always have some really nice road and CX bikes in the shop too.

I've visited Grace Bicycles a few times in the last year to talk with Roy and Scott about bikes and fittings, and went in this morning (finally) for a proper bike fit. Roy was very thorough and explained all the phases of the fitting, and made a series of adjustments and suggestions that have already made a positive difference in how I ride. I'll be going back in a few weeks for a follow-up and hope later this year to buy my next bike from them. They're a great local shop and well worth a visit.

I decided to give Grace Bicycles a try after reading reviews here and because I wanted to support the independent local retailer. Also I wanted a Raleigh bike and Grace was listed as a retailer.
From my very first email communication with Roy, the service and level of helpfulness were both exceptional.
After exchanging a couple of emails, Roy recommended a Raleigh Detour 3.5 which he thought would be right for my needs. He asked me many questions to determine its suitability for me, measured me for bicycle size, went over the relevant versus unnecessary accessories and answered all my questions

While I bought my bike at a competitor, I only take it to Grace for servicing. Their turnaround time is amazing and they don't overcharge for fixes during tuneups. In fact, they instead offer discounts on labor. Roy and Scott remember your name when you walk in the door and treat you like family. They offer weekend rides and computrainer classes. The prices on bikes, parts and accessories are very reasonable! The hours can be a bit sucky during the week, but the service and knowledge you receive makes it worth working around them.

I bought my first road bike from Grace Bicycles, plus a bunch of accessories, have had my bike tuned up services, components for a bike build, and also had a bike fit.
It's great to have a store like this in the neighborhood. Grace offers services for novice through to experienced riders - they certainly have the product range for everyone including high end bikes and the Retul computerized bike fit system.
Roy gives great advice that has made my cycling more enjoyable.
We're lucky to have a store of this caliber around here without having to go closer to Boston.
