They are very nice and very accommodating with a good knowledge base. That being said bring your bike for repair someplace else. They know what they are doing but the charges are always over the top. No matter what you need they will explain with authority how you really need a lot more and that's what they charge. If you don't care what you pay you will get good work just at top dollar.

Brought my bike in for a tune up and some replacements. Staff were super friendly and helpful, explained everything they wanted to do carefully. Got it back to me sooner than promised. My bike is running better than when I first bought it. Best bike shop experience I've had in Boston by a long shot.

I brought my bike in that was in need of a repair. The shop is beautiful and clean and the staff was super friendly. Cameron immediately diagnosed the situation and let me know what I'd need. Not only did he talk me through the repair and parts list but he notified me that they (or their suppliers) did not have one piece needed. Instead of stopping here, he pulled up two third-party suppliers and immediately e-mailed me the part, so that I could order

If you're in the market for a bike, visiting this shop should be a top priority. Not only is their selection broad, but their sales people and prices are honest. I commute on my bike, and I was directed to a bike that would fit what I needed for that objective, nothing excessive or out of my range. I appreciate the friendly way that I was shown around, given all the info I needed, and left happy knowing I had made a secure choice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with choosing new wheels and have me a fantastic price that best the manufacturer's pricing. After the wheels arrived in the shop, the mechanic did a fantastic job on my new wheels. He was also very patient, answering all my questions about the wheels, tire pressure, etc. Really great bike store.
My only small thing is, because they're so popular, it can sometimes be a little wait to get assistance in the store. But it's not that long.

Ever since I bought my bike from here and the staff walked me through all of the details, even my silly questions about the best color combinations, I've been a loyal customer. Best overall customer service I’ve seen in this industry. The staff here are helpful, talented and understanding. I came in with several issues with my new bike. I was even missing some hard to find screws. The team took the time to go over the work that needed to be done in a way that I could easily understand. They fixed everything despite the fact I had lost two screw that they didn’t carry. When I came to pick up the bike they didn’t even charge extra for the hassle that this must have caused them. I went to Landry's to buy a trek Marlin 4 and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was very friendly, took time to answer all my questions, and they installed all of my acessories for me. I also really appreciate Landry's policy of a free tune up 30 days after a new bike purchase. My bike works great, and I'm really thankful to this store for giving me such a good experience.

Needed a new tire as puncture ruined mine (not a tube). Went online to buy.
Online said ready for pickup next day. Great - ordered tire. Later got email saying item was not in local store and would take week to get.
Called and cancelled order. Was told no problem. Charge would be credited.
Charge not credited. Had to dispute with credit card company.
Guess there is a sucker born every minute. Avoid being one yourself.

Let me just say that I don’t leave reviews all that often but when they involve gross incompetence and making decisions that endanger someone’s life, I must. I drove 3 1/2 hours from New York to get a $5000 Gazelle C3 80+ in a large size with a midstep frame that I could not find in stock around New York, I called to verify it was there, they said I could pay online and pick it up it was put together and ready, so I did. When I arrived and took the bike for a test drive upon shifting the cable broke on the enviolo Shifter, which I thought was odd, so they put in the shop and they said they

I got my scooter serviced here after getting a flat on vacation. They showed me the part I needed to order and even emailed me a link to it. Once I received the part, I brought it back and let them know about my time constraints (had to leave town in a couple days) and they fixed it in like...maybe 40 minutes? It was incredible! Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful, I felt like the repair was reasonably priced for the value and especially for the speed, and I would recommend Landry's to anyone.

I did not hear great reviews of the customer service here from my serious biking friends, but decided to give it a chance. My reviews are usually far more detailed, but Ill save us both some time and say that unless you are getting some really expensive custom made bike here, your customer service experience will not be stellar. But hey. I hope im proven wrong and improvements are made.

My first time here: I wanted to find tires & tubes for a trek-very old rare model - staff were patient and helped me to find the matching products for the bike. Went through some glitches; had to changed a pair that was bigger for rims and then reordered. But all went smoothly! No hassle with returning and reordering- the staff handled everything promptly!

There's no other way to start it off - this is the best experience at a bike shop I have ever had. I showed up to Corbin (sp?) taking a genuine interest/concern in my bike, leading me through the possible issues, and taking the time to talk with me about a variety of solutions. He recognized that I was interested in learning, and took a few moments to step inside and bring me a pamphlet so I could learn more. Kyle came out partway through, and continued the incredible service I had received so far, taking time out of his day to explain step by step what he was doing as he fixed my ride. I
