We lived at Palo Alto Place in a 2-bedroom apartment for two years. Moving in was straight forward, no hidden fees or hidden cost. Apartment was very nice, spacious, clean with high-end appliances. Washer and dryer in apartment included. Laminate wood flooring in common areas and carpet in the bedrooms.
Pool and the pool area is always clean. BBQ grill always has gas and working great. Plenty of room to entertain friends and family.

Very well managed apartment complex. Recently renovated garage and end apartments. Clean and well maintained. The management is very quick to fix problems. Big back yard and beautiful poolside. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Price is reasonable for the Palo Alto area.
