I have really only one complaint: every time I order a cheese pizza, it's burnt. Every. Single. Time. I like going here because there's great variety of pizza choices for the adults, but of course my kids want plain cheese. And when the top comes out black, they complain and don't want to eat it. Guys, seriously, I want to eat here more often. Please figure out how to cook a cheese pizza without burning it!!!! That's the most basic request a pizza place should be able to handle.

I used to love picking up deliveries her doordash ubereats and GrubHub at this place but now it seems like they kind of help whoever is in front of them and they shove their deliveries off to the side and make drivers wait I overheard them tell a GrubHub driver it was going to be an hour for their delivery who in their right mind would wait that long? No one.

Stay away from this place! We used to love their pizza, the service has gone into the toilet. We will never darken their doors again. We prefer to use local business, this is what we get for that! We ordered a delivery pizza, they gave it to someone else, then refused to remake it. Thank god I used Amex so these idiots won't get paid

Awesome service in house. DO NOT use GrubHub! Just got a call asking if our pizza had been delivered. Nope. They gave it to someone else!!!! Bortolami's closes closes in 15 minutes. Will we get our pizza. Will we be charged twice? Grub Hub sucks!
Second time trying them. First time watched driver take our dinner all over north Portland before we received cold food.

Our favorite local pizza joint. Dining in allows you to go back in time to the Greg Lemond days of cycling, the walls and ceilings are covered in really sweet bikes, jerseys, etc. from past decades of racing. The pies are really why we keep coming back, great crust and ingredients. Staff are always friendly but, like everyone right now, they don't have enough help so be patient and know that your food will take a bit longer than it used to so just plan ahead.

I’m from the Northeast and I have a certain expectation for pizza. This place has the best I have had in town and I’ve just about tried them all! I’m not saying there aren’t other decent places to get pizza, but they are consistent in flavor and every aspect is perfected from the crust to the cheese blend. Consider that they don’t even have my favorite topping (jalapeños), but I still give them high praise.

The pizza was $30 and was roughly the size of a small or medium from any of the bigger chains. It was over cooked and burnt on the bottom.
All in all, semi-decent food that is terrible overpriced. $55 after delivery fee and tip, and they forgot the Coke I paid for. Not sure why anyone would pay this much for such small portions with poor quality ingredients.

Great little neighborhood pizza place. Crusts are great and topping varieties are aplenty. Cauliflower crust is a great option if you're looking to skip the doughy crusts. Nice and crispy thin crust. Did take out on a week night and it was done within 30 minutes. They also have various beers available to compliment your pie.

I haven't been able to stop in for their delicious pizza many months but today my son and I finally made the time. We ordered the special pizza with a variety of toppings. OH MYY this pizza is SPECIAL in that the crust was spectacular, crispy bottom and tender inside; toppings all done to perfection and so amazing together. What an awesome pizza thanks for a delicious, generous and perfect pizza! And we are pizza snobs, you guys earned an AAA+!!!

I've been buying pizza from Bortolami's for almost 30 years! They are a family Restaurant and a step above the chains? A dollar or two above the thundering herd but worth the bother? Take out 3 pizza's last night for 10 people and my grand-daughter's Birthday 12 y/o ! Thank you my usual 5 stars*****!

Bortolami's is nearby our house, though we've only eaten their pizza twice. The first time was years ago, and tonight, as we ate their Mediterranean pizza, I was reminded why we haven't been back. The crust wasn't crispy at all and rather was quite soggy. As much as I want to like this place, I wouldn't recommend eating here when craving delicious pizza.

There is one word I would use to describe this pizza: dry. I came here with the family last weekend for dinner and was disappointed to learn that their dining room is only open on weekdays. What?! We almost went elsewhere, but decided to get a couple pizzas and take them to eat in a nearby park. After ordering, we learned that the wait for the pizzas was AN HOUR. What!?

This was the first time we ordered and are so glad we did. We ordered a custom pizza (mushrooms, black olives, and red onion) and an order of bread sticks. As soon as I saw the pizza, I knew it was going to be good. They put a good amount of toppings, which was a pleasant surprise. The crust was so incredibly good. The bread sticks were yummy too. Needless to say, Bortolami's is our new go-to for pizza takeout. We look forward to trying other items on their menu as well.

This used to be our go-to pizza joint in the area but lately they seem to falling off their game. We had to have our Pizza re-made twice because they just couldn't get it right. It was also served much colder then it should have been considering we were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress lied to us and said it had just come out of the oven when it was obvious it had been sitting around for quite some time. It was more the temperature of a delivered Pizza instead of fresh out of the oven. If I wanted that I would have ordered one from home.

Delicious meat pizza. I like the one I got was called pink jersey. The lovely server behind the counter had pink nails and was pointing to the pink jersey selection which made it extra special.

Very good pizza. We had a large tailgate and I ordered 8 pizza's by phone. The order went smoothly and the pies were ready on time. Everyone I talked to liked the pizza. Several asked where the pizza was from. I would suggest that Bortolami's put their name on the their box (or acquire a stamp). It is too good a product not to advertise.
I liked the thin crust pepperoni, but that is my go to pizza. Note: There traditional menu doesn't include the old-time favorites like Hawaiian or Pepperoni you need to order those as custom. Enjoy!

I'm building a house for my parents in the area and this is by far the best pizza I have found (although I have not tried in actual Vancouver as that a bit far from my location for pizza) crust is good and crispy in the outside but not over done. The toppings all appear to be of high quality and the pizzas a have never been lazily spalled together always a good even spread of all toppings and cut all the way through never having to tear the prices apart. My favorite is the primavera but there are many others that I have found simply delicious. Cheese bread is well constructed gooey delight

My wife and I went here for dinner on Friday around 6:00pm. It was not very busy when we arrived and ordered a large pizza for $24.50. It was actually 6:09pm when we ordered the pizza, we finally got our food at 6:47pm. By that time the place was very busy and I can only imagine the wait for some people. I would guess 1 to 1.5 hour wait. To me, this is just to long to wait for a pizza. Once we finally got the pizza, the crust and bottom were both on the edge of being burnt. The pizza had good flavor, but has potential to be really great thicker crust pizza.
