Deno's Pizzeria has been a landmark in the Lake Grove neighborhood of Lake Oswego since the early 1980's and has been locally owned and operated by the Valentine family since 1997. Our family has raised our children in Lake Oswego and there are currently 3 generations working here. The warm friendly atmosphere attracts families and employees living and working in the area.

I ate my Deno's leftovers for lunch today and was very happy about it. The Alfredo Combo Pizza is soo good! I love the zucchini and artichoke hearts. The chicken is also really good quality, which I don't always find with pizzas. It's pricey for a 10" pizza ($18), but they really pack on the toppings and the flavor is spot on. I'd recommend giving it a try!

5 stars for the owners, 1 star for the kids who flunked out of pizza school. You can be a great restaurant, or a mediocre restaurant, and serve your customers well. What you can't be is an inconsistent restaurant. If you want inconsistent, with the possibility of a great meal, this is a better place to go then McDonalds.

Tried Deno's for the first time today. First off, the crew are terrific. Friendly and timely on making a fresh pizza. On recommendation I had the Chipotle Chicken which was 5 stars. Next visit will be the Barbecued chicken. Menu is tremendous and they deliver as well. My first time won't be the last. I like Deno's allot.

Deno's is an amazing part of our community! It has been my go-to pizza spot since childhood, and I recently had the pleasure of meeting the owner. He generously agreed to sponsor a nonprofit launch party, which aims to empower survivors of domestic abuse in our community. The pizza's provided for the party were delicious and helped make the night a true success.
Deno's also supports the Oregon Dog Rescue, which is another nonprofit close to my heart!

Tried to order on a Friday not at 8:30pm, they close at 9:30.
I was told they are closing early because they hadn’t received enough orders.
We like to support the local kids working here but management doesn’t mange!
Pizza is NEVER the same! I order Tuesday and it’s one way and order Thursday and it’s completely different.
Will someone please open a reliable local pizza place?

The pizza is great and the prices are good. They have a nice selection of beers. The employees are really friendly and helpful. The manager Cooper was amazing and really helpful, I had ordered the wrong thing and it was a "whole big thing" with the person that I was with and Cooper stepped in and took care of the issue and made everyone happy. I will definitely be back.

Ordered through Postmates. Delivered over two hours later, but it's a Saturday night so expected a wait. Unfortunately two of the three orders were incorrect. Paid $4.50 to add chicken to a salad and there was no chicken. Pizza was not what we ordered. Even with the wrong toppings it's tough to go wrong with pizza right? That's what I used to think. In this house pizza has never gone in the garbage - until tonight. Dough was like cheap, store bought frozen stuff. $50 and 2.5 hours later and we're eating leftovers.

I'm a huge pizza fan, went here first a couple months ago on a whim and ended up LOVING it! Their crust is seriously to die for. Not too thick, not too thin, super flavorful, fluffy, and definitely housemade. They have a really decent sized menu with lots of options, including vegetarian and vegan. Great prices and fast service! There is a parking lot too. They're the type of place that has you thinking about it for days after.

Nice little local spot with Za by the slice but the price is pretty high for what it is. At $4/slice this certainly isn’t the typical price I’m to or think we should be paying. The sauce has flavor , crust isn’t bland , ingredients taste fresh. But other than that it’s just a regular old pizza parlor in a nicer suburb.

We decided to give Deno's Pizzeria a try due to the rave reviews on Yelp, plus they delivered to our area for $2.99 through Grubhub, which wasn't so bad. We were feeling particularly lazy on this Sunday afternoon and didn't feel like leaving the house so $2.99 is a small price to pay for the convenience.
We ordered the large Italiano pizza with mushrooms. The toppings were fresh tasting, but the crust was a bit too soft to hold all that cheese and toppings. Hubby said one slice he had the crust tasted undercooked -- eeeeeew!

My brother recommended it and commented on how good the crust was. He was right.
Since we needed three XLs by a specific time, I drove in to order and wait, not being familiar with Deno's process.
I was greeted by a pleasant lady that was quick to take my order and suggested we move on it right away since they had a 26 pizza order to do.
Turned out to be good advice.
The space is not particularly large, but it's clean, pleasant, the seating is comfortable and there was a nice aroma coming out of the kitchen.
