She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to help clients understand their thoughts, behaviors and emotions in order to make lasting changes. Colleen also works to relieve associated depression or anxiety symptoms and help people get to know who they truly are without the eating disorder holding them back.

Colleen specializes in the field of eating disorders, and has been working with adolescents and adults with eating disorders for over 15 years. Colleen has worked in residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, and fully appreciates how challenging recovery from an eating disorder can be! She is motivated and dedicated to helping people work through their struggles with eating, body image, depression, and anxiety.
In order to provide necessary care with minimal delay, Colleen works as an out of network provider with insurance companies. Monthly billing summaries are provided to clients who submit to insurance seeking reimbursement using their out of network benefits. Colleen uses the Intake Assessment code 90791, and ongoing 55 minute therapy session code 90837 for individual therapy and 90847 for family therapy sessions.
