If youre looking for a new place, this is NOT it. I booked an appointment for a wax with Krista. She emailed me 2 hours before our appointment to push me back an hour. I understand things happen, so there was no worry about pushing back our appointment. I then messaged her back with my phone number so she could reach me easier. Never tried reaching out to me or contacting me, or even emailing me back. I showed up to our appointment, to a closed and locked down office. She stood me up. I made sure I was consistently messaging her and checking in to make sure we were still good to go for the evening

I went in for a brow and lip wax with Alaina and she was fantastic. She had appointment availability for the same day I inquired and was incredibly friendly and professional. The wax she used smelled nice and I didn't get any red bumps or little ingrown hairs after (so nice!). Her prices are reasonable too. Definitely give Nouveau a try!

I had the best experience here. It was short notice and the owner, Krista was super friendly and experienced. It was clean and safe and since I work from home I rarely go out. I felt that this place took all precautions and I can't wait to go back. It didn't hurt and usually I am very sensitive. Support your small businesses during these times. Especially this one. Close convenient and clean. What else do you need?

Alaina is great! Waxing is painful, let's face it, but Alaina will keep you in an entertaining conversation that distracts you from that pain. She has the memory of an elephant, and even if you only see her once a month, she'll remember EXACTLY where y'all left off in your last converstation and pick it right back up or ask for updates. It's awesome. The entire studio is very clean, bright and welcoming. Super easy to find and always enough parking. If you need a good wax, ya found the place!

My story is not unlike a lot of women my age - I decided to do something about my crazy brows in my late teens in the late 90s, so I picked up the tweezers and have been over-plucking ever since. I made up my mind earlier this year that enough was enough, so I started going to see Alaina. She's had to talk me down off the plucking ledge a few times, and is shaping my brows slowly but surely into something less, well... late 90s super thin eyebrows. She's like my waxing pro/brow therapist. She's really good with the wax, and on top of that is just a super sweet, great person. Scheduling

Loved Krista !! She was amazing this place is a 5 star plus!! I was so excited about my Brazilian wax I completely forgot to tip her and I feel so awful ! Nouveau Wax is awesome! Krista and Alaina are pros on the waxing front, they provide excellent customer service and, well, they're also just super kind, smart women. As well, the facility is clean and inviting. Knowing how much they care about their clients, I love supporting their small business. (Oh yes, and it's convenient and accessible if that's a concern -- main floor location, parking spots right outside the door.)

Update: Still putting 5 stars for Krista and for the general customer service on the phone and at the front desk. One of the other esthetician (Emily, I believe? She has red hair) is also excellent.
However, I had a Brazilian done by a third esthetician (black hair) who just wasn't as skilled as Emily or Krista and the experience was not as good. Simple solution - instead of booking your appointment online, call and make sure you're getting an appointment with Krista specifically, who only works on certain days and times.

I had found Krista many years ago at my old salon. I lost contact with her and hadn't gotten waxed from anyone else in over eight years. When I found her picture on Yelp I was so excited! I made an appointment and got in right away within two days of my first phone call. She is still as professional and as kind as she was eight years ago. If not better than she was before! If there were six stars I would choose that option! I was in town on the day before the holiday and wanted to get a wax before getting back on the plane. After reading the reviews I made an appointment online. I accidentally typed in the wrong address into my nav and ended up way far up Colorado. When I called, Krista was amazing and said come by and we will make it work. When I got there she was incredibly professional but the best part is that it was about the easiest wax I have ever had. Super fast, darn near painless. If you are in the area (or when she moves) it is worth it to stop by and

I don't always get a Brazilian wax, but when I do, I will drive out of my way to go to Nouveau Wax, and to see Krista, she is the best! It's a far drive from me, but the best experience I've had as far as waxing goes. Krista is personable, friendly, and quick! I tell everyone about this place when the topic comes up!

I'm new to waxing, so I was afraid it would hurt. I had my back and shoulders waxed which had never been waxed and it didn't really hurt at all. They were very friendly and overall, it was a good experience.
