For your convenience, our vans are outfitted so repairs are done in our van, not in your home or office. Most repairs take less than an hour to complete.

My wife was visiting family in Glen Burnie when my son tripped and shattered his iPhone8 screen. Can you imagine the horror of being a teen , stuck out of town visiting "old" family members with no phone to connect you to the world??? WE ARE IN A CRISIS HERE !!!. I quickly looked online and found Screen Busters and gave them a call. Very courteous, and informative, and could get to the house in 2.5 hours. Was right there at 10:30 on the dot. Jesse was Very very very Professional and Helpful. I went to Cell phone doctor and they were out of screens so i decided to call here. He normally stops working around 3 or something for mobile services but he made an accommodation for me and literally waited until i got off work in order to help me. And in my book that was EXTREMELY nice of him because he really didnt have to. My Phone was done like 20 minutes and he was super affordable. Definitely recommend!

These guys are the real deal. Their service is impeccable and very honest.I called these guys on a Sunday and they had a service truck out at my house in 1 hour. They technician was straightforward with me and told me he wasnt 100% sure he could repair my phone but he would give it is all. My phone was severely damaged but he slowly worked on it and he created a miracle. My phone is like new again..He did an amazing job and their price was cheaper than other companies. Read the other negative review, we had the same experience. They were accommodating and friendly in person, they fixed the screen in the time they told us which was on a rainy evening. The next morning in daylight, we notice a crack in the "new" glass. Later, we notice that the screen is extremely scratched and has clearly been used before. The bottom of the glass where the home button is on an iphone is covered with "X"'s all across the bottom. When I asked for a refund, the owner saw the photos and called me a liar and accused me of bullying him. I have a life and I don't spend my time trying

Aftermarket NOT APPLE CERTIFIED SCREENS THAT ARE FAULTY!!!! Three screens later and he still couldn’t fix it. Tried to tell me water damage messed with my motherboard but if that was the case then it would constantly be not working instead of working for a day and a half after he fix the screen then stops working again because of the screen !!!! The only problem I’m having is the touch part of the screen and everything else on my phone works perfectly fine I have to time the screen out just to get it to come back focus
