I can't believe an Insurance company can be this amazing! So responsive, and helpful. Pinnacle (Jack) saved us almost $2000.00 a year for more coverage on our home and cars! Lea was especially helpful and provided lightning fast service when I had a question.

This is an excellent company to work with. They are hyper focused on getting you the best coverage at the best rate which is good but what makes them great is they also take the time to explain to you what the different coverages mean and how that might impact you in a one-on-one fashion. The degree to which they do this is well beyond any other company I've worked with.
I have worked with Jack and Bree now and both have been fantastic. Bree even double checked at my yearly renewal to make sure I was getting the best price still for my coverage amounts.

I LOVE PINNACLE! They have taken such good care of me for my home and auto policies. They always update me if there is new product to consider adding or if the They spot a hole in my coverage. Just today I called and Bree updated my homeowner policy to include new endorsement for hail damage. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

Every time I have ever called, anyone I have spoken too has been more then helpful. The last two times I have called I have spoken to Lea Lindhe. She was helping me add a vehicle my wife and I purchased from a dealership. She answered my multiple questions as we where waiting for a delivery of the vehicle a week prior to us getting it. They was very quick to set us up and get me the information I needed to set up my loan. Good customer service is a hard thing to find now days. Thanks, for going what I consider up and beyond what the normal is.
