The Trail Bike for the Enduro Racer! That's how I felt about the Ibis Ripley. A well designed, modern geometry pedaling machine that allows you to playfully descend with a big smile on your face.
The new Ripley frame geometries are right in line with what many in the industry are using for their long travel steeds with a pedal happy 76 degree Seat Tube angle, a confidence inspiring 66.5 degree Head Tube Angle, and a Reach of 450mm (Medium Frame) that is right in line with the Ibis Ripmo, the Ripley's longer travel sibling.

I'll start this review with an important admission: I struggle with 29ers. As a class, I have found them to be quite opinionated on the trail and stubborn about receiving my input. The Kona 134, on the other hand, was quite tamable - which allowed me to enjoy the advantages afforded by the 29 wheels.

I was trying to decide what type of mountain bike I wanted and on a whim stopped by Tim's to see if they could help me out. I spoke with Jay, the owner, for about a half hour and he helped clarify lots of questions I had and made it easier to decide on the bike. I ended up ordering a bike through Tim's and it worked out great. They also have a good demo program set up.

After being gifted a kids bike from Walmart, my husband assembled it, but it wasn't quite right and we couldn't figure out why.
Took it to Tim's, and the staff was super friendly. For a reasonable price, they looked it over and found the problem--a missing brake pad, and had it ready to go in just a couple hours. Thank you!

I rarely post on Yelp, but would like to warm potential buyers about this shop. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!! If this place had a mission statement it would be: RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER, LAUGH IN THEIR FACE, AND INSULT THEM BEFORE THEY LEAVE!
I own and have owned more high end build bikes than this place has in their showroom at any one time. And it's obvious they have absolutely no idea how to run a business, let alone treat a human being. With so many more options out there, drive past this place and on to a respectable shop. Keep price gouging suckas, COVID won't last forever!

After getting a flat tire we called the bike store down the road and they said "sure, we'd be happy to help with your bike." Upon walking in with my bike, a hefty gentleman immediately said "we don't work on those."
The tone was harsh and short and we took immediate offense. We were also told they don't work on bikes they don't sell, which they could have mentioned when we called. I don't know if it's because my boyfriend is a minority, but we did not feel welcome there.

I dropped in without an appointment for a couple repairs. I expected them to cost more than they did, and take longer than they did. They were able to repair on the spot, which really impressed me. Their service was fantastic, and they didn't make me feel dumb for being a novice bike owner. Tim's has earned a loyal customer today.

A-OK. I thought A- stands for astronaut? Really though, this shop is from, and for THIS neighborhood. And rightly so- although some prices were a little steep but- the give and take is always a way to do business. You might get a discount if you are a Boeing or Microsoft employee. Maybe you are like me in that I noticed all the other reviews are ALL 5 stars! C'mon man! Kinda hard to believe. I rely on truthful stuff. This store is great for BMX, and the going to work cyclists who need help with their wheels, repairs, safety equipment and so-on. I like to get information regarding the e-bikes

Got a new Fork for my bike recently and needed it to be cut to my preferred length and was Lacking the proper tools.
Came into Tim's and they cut it for me in a Timely manner and helped answer my questions on adjustments and settings.
They have a great selection of Kona and other brands to fit your needs and lots of knowledge!
Also their prices are much better than other big bike companies.
Nice to have a great local company like this and I Will definitely be back for future bike maintenance
And bike related purchases.

It's the kind of bike shop where I knew they knew bikes. This is not about price, yet you knew you were being treated fairly. This is not about high pressure. It is about getting to know you and how you plan to ride. They even sell used bikes. They will teach you how to take care of your bike. And in my world the cool part is that it isn't fancy. It is just about hanging around the bikes and getting to know the options to choose from.

Bought my first "real" bike here after riding hundreds of miles on those awful bike shares in Seattle. I was helped by Bill and he was awesome! Spent a lot of time with me making sure the bike I was getting was one I liked, and even put on some new pedals I got for it. The prices were great and I walked out being able to get far more than I first thought I could. I just recently moved to the area and look forward to returning to Tim's for a long time to come!

While I have never bought a new bike at Tim's, Jay and his crew have gone above and beyond to help me out as if I was their #1 customer. Always willing to work out a solution to fit my budget, never trying to up sale beyond what I need and offer creative solutions. Their customer service is equal to their bike expertise.

Tim's bike shop is a fantastic place to do buisness.
They only sell quality products and offer fantastic service. I was looking for a bike for my sons birthday and after seeing the same department store brand crap out there I checked them out.
I spent just a little more, but bought a quality bike that comes with a year of service(which makes the bike actually cheaper than a Sports Mart), a purpose built bike with a lifetime warranty, but most importantly someone who'll be there when you need them.
Thanks again and you earned a customer for life!
