Branford Bike
Branford Bike was purchased and moved to Seattle, WA in the fall of 2006 by Rodd Wagner and Pat McCarthy. Originally founded in Branford, CT circa 1976, the focus was on high end road bikes and Campagnolo components. Today, Branford Bike is the only authorized Campagnolo Pro Shop in Seattle.

Located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Branford Bike now focuses on custom bike builds--road bikes, yes; but now a diverse collection of commuter bikes, gravel bikes and adventure bikes also grace our showroom floor.Quality repairs not only for Campagnolo drive trains, but also SRAM and Shimano.
Services
For levers 2009 and later, we can only replace the whole shifter mechanism as a "pro kit." Right/rear derailleur side ergo levers should be rebuilt ever 10k-15k miles, depending on maintenance and riding conditions. We recommend replacing (at a minimum) G springs, spring carrier, and bushing when rebuilding a pre-2009 right side lever.
Rebuilding ergo levers by replacing worn parts and packing in new grease is a great way to bring your old Campy levers back to life. Information on BCD, 10sp vs 11sp chainrings, and compatability for older Campy chainrings. Understand the difference between different eras of Campy free hub bodies and cassette spacing.
Here at Branford Bike, building wheels is one of our specialties. We love talking about custom wheel builds and getting that perfect combination of parts into our customers hands. Regardless of where your bike takes you, we are happy to extend our knowledge, customer service and workmanship to help you find the perfect wheel build for your ride.
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused, unopened item within 60 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. We do not charge your credit card/paypal account until your order ships. Note: Orders placed before 2pm M-F, pacific time usually ship the same day, if item is back-ordered or out of stock you will be notified prior to billing/shipping.

Got a double flat and only had enough to fix one tire. Branford Bikes saved my day! Got a great coffee next door while I waited. The repairman answered a few questions I had about obscure bike parts for a bike project of mine. This shop made my day!

Brought my older trek 2006 2200 in to the shop for a pro build with a mostly Campagnolo compact 10 speed Record groupset and was done quite timely. There is only one campy certified shop in the area and thats Branford. Small but they do a fantastic job. My bike looks nice and rides well. Will go back for any future needs. Communication is excellent.

This is the place to send your campy shifters for rebuild. They explained various options and had a very quick turn around. Very polite and patient with my many questions. Shifter feels better than new.

This shop is absolutly terrible. The gentleman "helping" me was extreamly rude and unhelpfull and it felt as though he was being purposly malicious. It has a pretensious vibe and I have honestly never had such a negative experience from any business EVER. I would give them 1 star but since they are a small buisness I feel bad for bringing down their google rating.

Unfriendly and unhelpful.
I walked in from the street to look around and ask about their services. The person at the counter refused to answer my questions and told me to look for a different store.
I have no idea why I got this response: the answers to my questions were explicitly listed on the website when I looked them up after.

Had a great experience with the level of service from Evan in the shop. Described my campy shifter issues and nailed it with what I would need to do the fix. Great to have a very knowledgeable staff and the parts for Campagnolo. Thanks guys!

Great campy shop, with helpful staff who ensure things get done right. Their custom wheel builds are top-notch as well. This is the best shop in town for all things Campagnolo.

A one-of-a-kind bike shop that specializes in tailored titanium and carbon bikes. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The selection is small, but it's a great little place to visit.

Great experience. Serviced my Campagnolo 10sp Chorus control lever and followed up promptly to get it returned to me. With shipping the entire process took about one week. Well done!

I was delighted to learn that there is a Campy Pro Shop in Seattle, and was just as pleased that Rodd (the owner) was willing to open his doors on a closed day (he was already in the shop for other reasons) just to sell me a few small springs and bushings so I could rebuild my shift levers (a task new to me; he was willing to offer patient and helpful advice). I won't give this shop as much business as I would like to since I do all my own maintenance and builds, but maybe I can give them some business indirectly by recommending them enthusiastically. Of course, any time I need Campy products,
