I had an appointment at 3:10, I get there and they tell me I missed my appointment at 12:30. They took it upon themselves to change my appointment without speaking to me. I’ve never experienced a medical office that would change a patient’s appointment without calling the patient and confirming the new time. Very unprofessional.

I have never been to a dermatologist before but everyone was wonderful! I had my daughter with me and the nice young woman at the reception area, made her a flower out of ballons she had! Dr. Burke was also amazing! He took the time to explain to us everything and made sure all of our questions were answered. I highly recommended this doctor/practice!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Burke for my acne and skin problems. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by the staff at the front desk. They were all so nice and welcoming. I filled out paperwork and was seen shortly after. The office was very clean and comfortable. Dr. Burke was very easy to talk to, he listened to my concerns with my skin problems, and he set me up with a treatment plan. He was very nice. 10 out of 10 recommend this location.

I was told over the weekend that I had skin c. Cancer and needed to see Burke asap.so after telling girl on phone this she coulnt fit me till th:e end of September.well cancer will probley. Good luck getting ahold of this place. You call and call but they don't believe in call backs or anything. They don't return calls. The phone rings and rings. Only decent thing here is the fish tank. Aside from that they just don't care about the people here let alone customer service. Over a month of calling and not a single call returned. It's a shame.

Every encounter that I have had with Melinda Wachowski has been such a pleasure! I can always count on her and Barb to fit myself and my dad into their busy schedules. Always pleasant, always willing to help and I wish more doctors and staff were like them. Not only are Melinda and Barb great to deal with, but Dr Burke is a gem. He goes above and beyond with us every visit and always makes us feel like we are his priority. Thank you for being so awesome!

I had a mixed experience here. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, Dr. Thomas Burke seemed to full of himself to actually listen to the patient's concerns. He failed to introduce himself as he walked into the room, and just began to touch and feel on the area that was bothering the patient. Almost every question that we asked was answered by a smug and almost cocky "yeah". The office was clean, and it was one of the largest provider offices that I've seen. Unfortunately, the provider needs more training on patient care, and listening too.

I had read some other Google reviews and was nervous about my appointment predicated on some users claiming untoward behavior towards women. Nonetheless, I arrived fairly early to my appointment and was quickly greeted by the kind front desk staff. The office was clean (the saltwater fish tank is beautiful) and I was taken back to the room for my appointment prior to my scheduled time, which was nice. I was there for a check up on moles as melanoma does run in my family. Both Dr. Burke and his assistant were just warm enough; friendly, but primarily clinical in their interactions, which is just

Dr. Burke is great. I read a review complaining about wait time and mentioned it to him. He explained that he not only examines patients, but also does surgery across the hall. After losing my sister to melanoma, and having other skin cancers in the family, I can tell you he is doing good work. He is professional, kind, and just froze a pre cancer on my lip that he found. Very worth the 15 minute wait!

Burke Dermatology is one if the most professional and caring offices...Great staff lead by the outstanding Dermatologist, Dr. Burke. They discovered my husband's Melonoma and immediately set up the proper channels for the problem to be addressed. Dr. Burke and his staff kept in constant contact while my husband was being treated. We look on Dr. Burke and his staff as a real asset to our family.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with so called "medical professionals" in the United States. Although a patient at the Dover office for years, the Rehoboth Beach office is so unprofessionally run, it is scary and potentially dangerous. Case in point, I had an appointment on 9/7/2016 and went for blood work immediately afterwards as instructed.
The test came back and there was no prescription called in (except a topical cream) for 23 days. The prescription put in went to the wrong Rite Aide store. I live in Millsboro, and the offrice staff called it into Long
