First of all the office staff is wonderful. Dr. Saruk took a lot of time to listen and answer my questions. His diagnosis was accurate and he took the time to follow up with a phone call to check on my status. I would highly recommend Dr. Saruk to my family and friends. I saw Dr. Saruk for the management of chronic eczema.

Since July 2021, I have visited Delaware Valley Dermatology Group several times for various appointments. Each experience has been positive! The staff is exceptionally kind and caring. I love getting several appointment reminders, including text, call, and email. Raquel always makes me feel so comfortable and checks in every step of the way! I love that they take the time to listen to my concerns and help ensure each one is addressed. I love my results and have had much success with all my services!

I scheduled an appointment with this office about 3 months ago and the next available appointment wasn't until today. I made an appointment for 10:15 am and put it in my calendar.
The day of my appointment (1/12/22) rolls around and I'm driving around looking for this place, but I can't find it (GPS wasn't helpful either) so I call the office to ask for help. At this point it's 10:17 AM and my appointment was supposed to start 2 minutes ago. So, I call and say that I'm lost and can't find the office. The receptionist asks for my name. I tell her and she says "no your appointment was at 10 am,

I find it very enjoyable when I come to the office to see Lisa VanHorn and all of the staff at DVDG. They are always pleasant and smiling when I arrive. I don't have to wait more than 5 minutes, and I don't ever feel rushed in my appointment. They do a great job here and I recommend them to anyone needing a dermatologist.

Can never connect to their WiFi.
Service is very bad in their waiting room and they have a flat TV that rotates through multiple informational screens. You have to wait to see the WiFi password screen as it appears for like 4 seconds. You have no idea which SSID to select and none of them take the password.

I would NOT recommend this place. Office staff is not very accommodating or knowledgeable. When I first made the appointment for my daughter (2 years), I asked the scheduler if they took her type of insurance. I even gave the scheduler the id number and she said they accepted it. When I got there for my appointment the receptionist-who was the nicest one there- kindly told me that they do not accept that form of insurance. I explained my conversation with the scheduler and she apologized and informed me that i would be seeing a PA (which was not mentioned after I specifically said I wanted to see
