I was switching from a previous member of this practice and had been told in advance that it would be a short visit, but Dr Schafrank took more time than I had anticipated, explaining what was up with 4 different items, and took care of the three that required treatment. My wife has been raving about what a great doctor he is and I can see why.

Have been a patient here for years. Dr. Damiano and the entire staff are always great. Check in is a breeze and there is never a long wait to see the doctor. The office and exam rooms are always clean and prepped. They did a great job during covid too, temp checks, distancing, face masks and shields.

Agree with all the earlier assessments and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - the West Chester office is a hot mess! Rarely does a live person answer when you call the office, all calls go to voicemail. Furthermore, I have NEVER received a call back, I've always had to initiative another call to this office. The office is clearly in NO rush to service their patients. The wait time exceeds 30-45 minutes, and when you finally get to the exam room, expect another lengthy wait. Today I was on hold for 17 minutes. Last year it took months, literally months to sort out obtaining the medication required for

I've had so many issues trying to get them to call me back. Several times, after leaving 3 messages and no call back, I got a hold of them and again several times I called and they said they would call me back but never did. I was suppose to be put on medicine for my acne but it never happened. I decided to give up and go somewhere else, that actually cares about their patients.

Awful experience. They don't spend much time with you about your skin problem, but they will force you again and again to use the pharmacy they recommend, and they will prescribe you the most expensive prescription and won't switch to the cheaper options. I guess that's how them and their preferred pharmacy makes money. Horrible place. Will never go back.

New patient, arrived 15 minutes before appointment yet sat in waiting area as those arriving after me got in to appointments.
Upon seeing Dr. Seo was rushed and she scurried out when I tried to ask detailed questions and share smartphone photos of my condition at its worst leaving the assistant to reply with ambiguous rote answers.
Biopsy taken with stitches.
Two weeks after appt no call back and when i called for diagnosis etc. the receptionist said "no news is good news."
How about I'd sure like to know what my diagnosis is and by the way what about these stitches!?

All I can say is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - the West Chester office is a hot mess! For starters, you never get a live person when you call the office, all calls go to voicemail - always. Want a call back after leaving a message? You will have to keep calling - they are in NO rush to get back to you. And, if you do manage to obtain an appointment, you'll further experience how poorly they are managed and how unprofessionally they operate: I waited for an hour for my first appointment (which it took me two weeks of calling every other day to get). When I asked how much longer the wait would be - was

I have had more than one negative experience with this practice and thus feel compelled to share. Most recently, my father was diagnosed with two squamous cell carcinoma tumors in his scalp. Dr. Damiano explained that it would take two separate procedures to remove the cancer. After the second procedure on August 24th, we learned that not all of the cancer was successfully removed, and that he would have to have a third procedure. This was initially scheduled for about 6 weeks after the second procedure - on October 9th. A few days after scheduling, the office called to reschedule that appointment

Although the doctor was professional, the front desk staff was and are absolutely horrendous. Not only were they unprofessional, they were incredibly rude and lazy. It took two weeks to get an answer in regards to a preauthorization on a prescription I needed, but in order for me to even get an answer I had to call them a total of 8 times within a week to actually get them to not only answer me but do their job. Each time I had to call twice for them to actually pick up the phone. When I contacted my pharmacy to see what the hold up was they told me they had sent the form to the office THREE times

Great experience! This was my first time ever at a dermatologist so I was a bit nervous. Not only was Dr. Curreri on time, but she was super sweet and made me feel right at ease. Her exam was quick but thorough, and although she had to do a biopsy, that was also quick and relatively painless. I was referred to this practice by a coworker and I am very pleased with their service. I'm going to set up time for my husband to go in and get checked as well. Highly recommend!

This place will ruin your credit. I brought my daughter there a year ago. We paid the co-pay and left. Today I got a bill from a collection company saying that I am seriously delinquent $30. I never received a bill or call from Mainline Dermatology before getting this collection bill 12 months later. I paid the collection agency instantly but have no idea what the additional $30 is for - there was no tests or anything. Awful customer service. In addition they did not help my daughter's skin condition at all. They just told her to try another brand of soap.
So if you want to pay money for

Two things about this Dr. and this office..They moved the office in West Chester about a year ago from Boot Road to this address listed here at Wrights Lane. They never told me this when I first called for an appointment and also when they called the day before to confirm the appointment. If you look up how to get there using or any search engine on the web. it lists them on Boot Road, so I spent 40 mins driving around the old location which is in this complex looking for the office. When I finally called and found it 40 mins later I told them they should not have the address listed at the old

Abrupt and deficient! I went to see Dr. Barak at Main Line Dermatology for skin related issues on my face. I was thoroughly disappointed and will never return to this office. First off, he seemed to have been in a rush from the moment he walked in the door. He asked the reason for my visit and as I began explaining, his phone chimed and told me to hold on for a second. I had to wait until his was finished reading his text/email to proceed. I told him I thought I had a skin disease known as KP. Before even looking at me, he told me I did not have it. He then proceeded to look at my face
