Stay far away unless your willing to deal with constant frustrations. Parking is a nightmare. God forbid you have to leave any time after 3pm, you will not come home to parking. And if you park your car anywhere else it will get towed. Convenient for anyone who walks to work or only has one car that will be parked no where near your apartment. Paint job around the apartment and caulk in bathroom looks sloppy and gross. All appliances are cheap and are constantly breaking that maintenance will get to when they feel like it. We have gone with a broken shower for five days now, we were told to “manually

Residents pay for parking assigned or not. Today, Thursday, the same resident takes to parking near the mailboxes in the striped of area. They also did last Thursday and Friday night yet management will send out blanket messages to residents not to park in new resident parking out in front of the office. Why pay for parking when it arrears residents will park anywhere they please.

This place is a joke. 1600 a month, no parking because they want you to pay that. The neighbors blast music all hours of the night. The apartments ate trash and the office staff is never there never answers the phone and im still waitingg on the new ac anf sink i called about a year ago. LOL SAVE FOR A HOUSE !!!

I live next to the apartment complex and the management has been extremely difficult to work with. A termite riddled fence owned by them blew down in a windstorm leaving a 20ft wide hole. Management has been dismissive of my requests to fix the issue, which I can only imagine can be the same of the maintenance requests of the residents. If you're looking for a run down establishment, look no further.
Great place to live if you love loud cars and bassy music at 5am too.
