I wrote a review about Orange Wood Parks Apt., in Levittown, Pa. before. The PM didn't respond, to my review here, where others could see. She sent me a letter & it was all gas lighting & lies. There was arson, projected onto me. I wasn't even home & 5 people, at least, were in my apt. illegally. Police report. I had to call the police, three times, in one week. Twice, they were out in minutes & the third time, over the phone. I went out, to check the building, for repairs needed, since it's heading for winter & I heard the rustling of leaves. I looked into

I have been living here for 4 years the rent keeps going up so it is a little bit on the high side besides that great employees and on top of that as they are quick to fix any issues that you have as far as maintenance there are a few people on my street that are very loud and obnoxious and always yell and one person that always likes you to drive them somewhere no matter where you have to go and basically yells at you if you do not take them somewhere

My husband and I have been living in Orangewood for a few years. The street we live on is pretty quiet. Our neighbors are a mix of older and younger; all of our neighbors are nice and respectful of each other. The maintenance always responds to problems quickly. We have never waited over 12 hours for something to be fixed. There are no washer and dryers in the apartment. You have to use a laundry room. Sometimes you need to wait a while before doing wash because people leave items in washers for long periods of time. Or you need to walk down the street to use another laundry room. Over all it is

I have been living at Orangewood Apartments for five years now and I have had minimal problems there. The office staff is very kind and courteous especially Elaine who always follows through on issue you present to her from start to finish. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any problems you have and do a pretty good job on snow removal. I have great neighbors and it is pretty quiet. There are some parking issues where certain tenants park over three cars in front of my apartment and you can not get a parking spot.
