Our stay at Woodbourne Apt was awesome. I highly recommend this place. Maryanne and Christina are so kind , they are the best apartment management people I ever come across. Maintenance crew are nice . Neighbors are friendly too. Apartment complex area has lots of trees, squirrels & birds, very pleasant ambiance in overall . Near by there are school, church, temple ,walgreens, wendys, small restaurants ,kumon, gas station, grocery stores, bakeries , hair salon , fire station etc. All these at walk-able distance. Have designated parking spots as well as additional parking spaces available .Laundry

Quiet setting, big rooms, lots of closet space, lo Jed door with intercom.everything one would need.Beautiful pool.Big balconies.Soundproof.maintence come out as soon as one has a problem.The manager Mary Ann very nice woman she makes sure residents are happy living there. I lived there for 4 yrs. I had to leave there for personal reasons.I would love to come back to live there if I needed to..

I been here for almost 2yr and everytime rent went up move in 14 rent was 1015 rent first end lease 1090.. Next lease signing 1112.00 hell na!!! I'm moving out since... The property is quiet and nice space!! Upstairs neighbor smoke in front of door and split n the hallway!!! My apartment had a lot of issues
1. Heavy bugs and everytime I called and the office said we sent termX guy to come out,but bugs still came back next day or whatever!!
2. Electric company which is not Peco aka gaurdian charges u a service fee 8.00 every month and he supply no service. I called and he charge us cuz the company

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever inquired about possible radon contamination in these apartments, especially the "first floor" level, which is below ground. There may be no connection, but a family member contracted cancer and I can't help but wonder if there's a link to them living in a first floor apartment for a number of years.
