Critical: Professionalism
In the process of filing a lawsuit. Most unprofessional place ever. So-called manager does not return calls does not take calls always at lunch very dishonest. Left my daughter and son-in-law stranded agreed to pay for repairs that they did because of a defective part out of state now they’re refusing to do anything.

The team at 3A Automotive were very professional and courteous. They provided me with a detailed explanation of what preventive maintenance they recommend; and more importantly maintenance that was not necessary. A Ford dealership told me I needed expensive engine components replaced. 3A Automotive techs performed comprehensive tests on these components and found no major replacements were necessary. This was such a relief! Honest and professional service in the automotive industry is hard to find. I would not hesitate to refer or recommend anyone to have their auto serviced at 3A Automotive &

My daughter recently moved to Phoenix and she took her in for an oil change only to find out there was a lot more wrong with her car. Thank goodness they do a full inspection. Tony was able to show us what was wrong via video but also took the extra step to see if any of the repairs were covered under warranty. They have a customer for life.

Emily was very courteous, she remembered me from the last time when I brought in my daughters car and even ask how she was doing. Everyone was nice when I picked up my car, from Edgar, Tony and Jim jr. My car has been working good so far.

I can't say enough good things about 3A Automotive. I have used them exclusively to service my vehicles for over 5 years now and they always do excellent work at a fair price. They treat you like family. They provide free shuttle service to and from their shop while your vehicle is being worked on. They are professional and courteous as you would expect but go beyond and are friendly and they have gone above and beyond to help us out on more than one occasion. I highly recommend them if you need a reliable place to have your vehicles serviced.

I brought my diesel truck in for 4 areas of concern. They assessed the situation and called me to tell me the shocks were fine and the wheel bearings were still good. Rebuilt my steering column and everything is great.

I have been taking my Toyota 4Runner to 3A automotive for approximately 11 years. In fact they are the only ones who have ever worked on my car and that is because I trust them wholeheartedly to repair my car without adding/finding any unnecessary repairs. As a teacher, on a fixed income, that is very important. I need to trust who is working on my car. In addition, I appreciate the way the office staff (Emily) communicates via text to let me know what they’re doing and what they have found. They also include pictures which comes in very handy. I have recommended them to several of my coworkers

I had a great neighbor recommend this place - a stellar repair shop that genuinely cares, staff are honest, and thorough with your car. I appreciate that the fact that they took the time to do things upright and quality was never compromised. So thanks to the staff from Emily to Dennis, Jimmy, and Edgar. I was told my car would take a day to run through timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, transmission fluid and air filter but due to bad tensioner it took a little longer. Creates a peace of mind and trust that they are not in a rush to get things done but take the time to do things right. In addition
