We have a great team of Registered Nurses supervising any health care program needed by you or your loved one.

Without permission, The aide, Laurie, brought in her step daughter to work in her place. All my mother's jewelry was stolen. Additionally, the aide got my mother's social security number, had accounts (Fingerhut etc) opened with my mother's name, and was there in my mothers house when deliveries of items that SHE ordered were delivered and she kept them. We found this out after my mother moved on to heaven. And, the man who answered the company phone would NOT give the owners name so i could inform the owner what the aide did. NO star. Do not use them

DON’T use this service!!! Covid 19 is no excuse for the inexcusable treatment this agency showed to this client and the caregiver that they sent to “aid” me. They promised a caregiver to help me with light housekeeping, laundry, cooking and picking up random grocery supplies if I ran out of staples. They sent a very nice, well meaning young lady who had limited English and was untrained, unfamiliar and unable to perform basic tasks. She didn’t know how to make a bed or an egg salad sandwich. She was willing to learn but when I told her what ingredients were necessary to make the sandwich

Do not let these people withdraw money directly from a banking account!!! We terminated there services on May 30th and was told they would refund the security deposit within 30 days. It’s Sept 4th and still no refund and I have made phone calls and sent emails. Not to mention the fact of all the missing items from my fathers home. Can you believe the 24 hr aide took an handmade quilt my sister made for my mom when she left. The whole experience with Sara was terrible they don’t even deserve 1 Star!!!

SARA Companion provided home care services to my dad who had Parkinsons. Although it took a little time to find caregivers that worked for him. With Parkinsons, as I am sure with other conditions as well, it is important to get someone with whom the person feels comfortable and safe. SARA worked with us to make that happen. Both of the home care aids were very compassionate and patient. They were both also willing to learn more about Parkinsons. It takes a village to care for someone and SARA was a neighbor that could be counted on. Thank you.

It’s always easy to make comments when something unpleasant happens, but this time I want to speak about a stupendous experience I am having with Sara Companions. It started even before they began service for my mother with my personal Care Coordinator. She spent so much time with me answering all my questions and going over with me all their services and what I should expect. She put together a profile of my mother that included all the activities she enjoys that my mother and the caregiver can do together during the day. The kind manner of our coordinator made the entire experience pleasurable.
This can be a very difficult task of finding the suitable caregiver for the ones you love, however at Sara Home Companions there is a genuine kindness and care in dealing with families.

This company is wonderful. I was referred to Genine by my Cousin who uses the company for her Mother and is very happy with the services. Genine was very generous to donate medical equipment equipment for my mom who has just returned home from rehab. This is a terrific company that I will be using. I highly reccomend them!

Finally ! A home care agency that truly cares for the client. Wonderful, professional & personal office staff that went above & beyond for my father's needs providing him with the care he so deserves.
