Services
Atria Home Care offers a complete range of companionship, personal care and nursing services to help older New Yorkers live independently - while helping their families manage the responsibilities of caregiving. A home care service level will be recommended following a comprehensive assessment by one of our registered nurses.
Each of our caregivers must be certified as a home health aide (HHA) or personal care aide (PCA) by the State of New York. All must pass a pre-employment reference check, drug screening and background check (in compliance with applicable law).
All aides are directed and supervised by a registered nurse, carefully trained to meet industry-leading quality standards, and are enrolled in continuing education programs - including fire safety, emergency procedures, client rights and infection control.

Both of my parents received care from Atria Home Care aides, and we could not be more pleased or grateful. My mom's aides cared for her with gentle and empathetic care as she neared her final days. My dad's aide became a trusted support person who was so helpful, as he got to know my dad so well. We are so appreciative of their caring and professional services.

Atria Home Care is an excellent place to work. When I first started a few months ago, I was embraced as an important member of the team right away and continue to feel valued every day. Atria Home Care truly embraces what the word "team" encompasses. We all work together, communicate well, help wherever we can, and have the motivation to see the agency continue to grow and be successful. Very happy here.

As a employee from atria home care I loved working with the company unfortunately for the past time it isn’t worth my time or energy too many long term employees have left. favoritism within schedules, I am not supported by this company at all. I also am working with another union company and I believe this is the best decision I have made. Atria should look into having a union.

My family member lives in assisted living and requires 24/7 private duty aides. The staff at the actual facility are lazy and lousy. The private duty aides from Atria Home Care, however, have been wonderful. At the beginning, there were a few glitches but then a new Executive Director took over and jumped in and everything has been great since then. They keep me updated when there are scheduling changes and they listen to my requests and follow up promptly. The aides are kind and helpful and do their jobs well. Overall, I've been very satisfied and I'd recommend this agency.

I found the Executive Director to really care about people-including the patients their families and the staff. The scheduling person is exceptionally responsive both to problems and requests. My mom had 24/7 care from this agency and grew really fond of several of her caregivers. An agency you can trust.

My mother had an accident and fractured her hip. After rehab we were directed to Atria Home Care to provide her with follow-up care. The coordination and care that Atria provided to our mother has been exceptional and she has progressed nicely. The staff was kind and reassuring and always available and the aids were caring and professional. Thank you Amy, Michele and Carmen for all of your assistance. I highly recommend Atria Home Care.
