What a HORRIBLE aide agency! All the aides reek of B.O.! All the aides are simply dirty, they "wash" dishes and they're still greasy, they vacuum 100mph and floor still dirty. You need help getting out of bed and or in the shower you call loudly and they don't anwser!! The ONLY English language words they speak are their names and the word "NO!" They really ham it up..they do speak more English than that! They all ask you to fill out their work sheets when NOTHING is written on the paper. The rest of the agency All lie through their teeth too! Save yourself & your loved one..NEVER use this company

HAVE HAD THEM FOR 3 DAYS NOW FOR MY 83 YEAR OLD MOM WHO HAS SEVERE DEMENTIA AND WE SPECIFICALLY STATED WE NEEDED AN AIDE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY MOM AS SHE IS EASILY CONFUSED...SO FAR...2 AIDES...ONE BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH..THE OTHER..NO ENGLISH AT ALL!!! DISGRACEFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! THE LATEST AIDE FELL ASLEEP WHILE WATCHING MY MOM MORE THAN ONCE...COULDNT READ THE CARE PLAN SET FORTH BY THE NURSE AND DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CLEAN MY MOMS BED OR WASH MY MOM!!!

Horrible company with terrible aides. All the ladies is sit or lie down talking on the phone. Where I sleep, eat and watch tv have never been dusted as per their nurse laid out for them to follow. I have been with this company for nearly a year. Sure Honey have tried other company’s with the same out come. So beware!

DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME!! They ARE NOT properly trained, they do not speak a word of English and they most certainly do NOT know how to do the simplest tasks! I am calling BBB And the Dept of health and reporting them to adult protective services for abuse and NEGLECT of patients and also Medicaid for MEDICAID FRAUD! These place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! If you have ANY type of compassion OR love for your loved one then stay away from this place!!

RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!!!!!! This agency has no ethical or moral grounds. They are busy shoving and sending in their healthcare attendants in those white vans without properly training them. The attendants do not speak English and most of them are too busy on their phones to attend to their patients. If you want to complain, get in line because they never get on the phone. The receptionist always tells you that so and so is busy or in a meeting. I'm surprised that they're still in business they need to be reported and audited by DOH for violations!!!

Out of all the home care places that were assigned to my mom, this was by far the worst. My mom was ill with Alzheimer's and bed bound she could not communicate and she was crippled and incontinent. She depended on the aides for washing her, feeding her, changing her. The aides from the agency not only failed to speak English but we're unable to understand and do the smallest task. All of their aides are incompetent, I found out the one aide did not feed my mother and left her in bed all day and another aide never changed my mom and left her in bed all day. The aides would go in the bedroom next

My Granny had aides from here. We were not satisfied at all. They deserve 0 stars....
1. Out of ten aids 1 spoke English
2. 4 Aides were sleeping on the couch during an 8 hr daytime shift.
3. Aides come late or leave early leaving granny alone which was unsafe.
4. would not give her medicine and allowed her to eat a whole pack of choc chip cookies.. probably because that aide slept 7 hrs out of the 8 hr shift. Granny went to the hospital
5. They never... all 10 of the aides...never showered my granny that she smelled like urine several times upon the families visits
6. when granny was approved
