Valvoline changed my oil on Friday and on Saturday I noticed the skid plate was loose and not screwed in completely. So not going back there anytime soon. Called University Auto Repair first thing Monday morning and they were able to take a look at it that day and replace the necessary bolts and screws. Chris was so helpful and upfront, especially as I am someone who doesn’t know much about cars. He took time to personally examine the skid plate for me and make the necessary adjustments. University Auto Repair was recommended to me when we moved to Flagstaff in 2020. I have always been extremely satisfied with every service I’ve needed. They explain everything to me and answer my questions respectfully. I’ve had several services besides my regular oil service including brakes, air conditioning repair and headlight replacement. I feel the prices are more than fair for the quality of work and the excellent customer service. I recommend to anyone who needs a honest place to bring their vehicles.

Came in a couple weeks ago to get the battery in my Mini Cooper replaced as it’s too hard to do myself. The folks at University Auto were able to slot me in and get it done lickety split. They showed the most professionalism I’ve seen in a car shop, and got my car done quick at a great price. Will go back to University Auto if my car ever has problems again.

Staff was incredibly professional and friendly both in person and on the phone and the repairs were done in a timely and convenient manner. We also used the free shuttle service they provide and both drivers I had were awesome. The shop worked with us on the pricing and gave us a discount for the repairs that needed to be done. Overall an incredible experience with a staff that made it as painless and comfortable as possible. Genuinely do consider this auto shop and understand that the quality of work is well worth it. Their shuttle service to their location is also a Priceless addition when you are having car repairs that are going to take more than a day. The water pump went out on my RAM 2500 about an hour outside of Flagstaff. University Auto was amazing. They did an amazing job and had it replaced the next day. It’s been 3 months and the truck runs great. I would highly recommend everyone needing repair to use University Auto repair. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They saved my trip.
