Had what we thought was a steering problem on our drive. Arrived in Flagstaff on a Sunday so knew nothing would be open until Monday morning. Couple of places we called said no openings until days or even weeks later but Adam said bring it on by and we'll check it out if you need an alignment. Thanks to the honesty and integrity of Adam and the crew we found out we needed new tires and on their recommendation went to the tire shop around the corner and got us new tires. I had a check engine on and issues with my Jeep. I called the day I needed it fix and they were quick in getting it diagnosed that day and it was fixed that same day too. After my Jeep was fixed Adam checked in to see that it was running fine. I would really recommend them and if I ever need to go to an auto shop I’ll definitely come back to them.

My girlfriend and I had a catastrophic failure on our suspension hardware causing a tire blowout on the highway during our cross country road trip. Adam and Darius were awesome! Brought our Sienna in with a noise coming from the engine. They diagnosed the issue two hours after dropping off. It was the water pump. No part in Flagstaff so they ordered one in and had the car fixed the next day. I was impressed with professionalism and willingness to listen to me, didn’t just brush me off. Price was about as I expected. I had done some research before bringing it in and knew what the labor involved.

I brought in two cars to have some routine maintenance done and to have them checked out in general because each was going to be driven long distances in the near future. I drove into town to do some errands and I needed someone to look at my car. I drive an old sedan from the 1990s so it’s up there in years and mileage. I noticed that something was off about my car when I was completing turns and driving in the snow.
I called up Ascot to have a look at my car and conduct a wheel alignment. It was around 1:30 in the afternoon so late in the day but they took me in anyways. These guys are top notch mechanics. I had some issues with my car during my cross country roadtrip. I have asked a shop few hundred miles earlier and they assured me that my vehicle was fine. BEST ALIGNMENT I HAVE EVER HAD! I have a Volvo S80. This is the best Auto Alignment Shop I have ever been to, and with the best people! The manager, Will, has high integrity and was especially helpful. --. I have "never" received details about an alignment like this! -- He showed me where the last auto repair I had, missed replacing a part (re: Geico, which was like pulling teeth to get them to even replace the part, that the mechanic said was necessary!) .... and he showed me HOW that was effecting the alignment, which also caused me to wear out another whole set of tires! -- It

I went once and it took them all day to do an oil change and rotation. I was scheduled for another oil change this week but had a work conflict in the afternoon so I called and asked if I could request my oil change be done by noon and they said they had other projects to work on and could not schedule a morning only oil change. I would give this place a 100 stars, but the ratings get only to 5. We drove from Phoenix and stayed in Flagstaff with all of our family (3 generations) overnight to drive next morning to the Grand Canyon- we even had family that flew from the East Coast for this trip. That night the car was making a weird screech that sounded almost like a metal on metal noise. Obviously, the morning we were going to drive to GC we were very concerned to drive like that. I made a couple of phone calls to different automotive places and in one (Flagstaff Automotive, I think) they didn't have a mechanic available

I popped into this place on a Friday afternoon to inquire about having my VW quoted for service on a (non-pressing) fan blower issue. They didn't have time and are closed on weekends, so recommended bringing the car in sometime next week at 8am when they opened so they could "be sure to fit in my car, since it's just a quote." I let them know I'd be back Wednesday morning at 8am.

We were driving cross country and found that we leaked a lot of radiator fluid so we had to bring it for repair immediately in Flagstaff AZ. So sorta stressful is an understatement. Stan Ascot and his team took care of my car right away and it wound up being a a rip in one of the radiator plugs and not in need of a new radiator, thank goodness! These mechanics are friendly, timely, and above all, HONEST! Since that repair went so well, we asked them to take a look at some shaking that was occurring with braking in 4th and 5th gear. I've taken my 06 Hummer H3 here several times and was very impressed. This last time however, the electrical computer within the truck is bad and Ascot wasnt able to replace it because they are not able to reprogram the computer. Being the honest and outstanding shop that they are, Jim called and told me everything they did, including putting in a new ignition switch, all the hours they worked on it, etc but couldnt solve the problem. He is not only NOT charging me for his time and parts but is also going to take the truck to the dealer for me. OMG...What an amazing place and what honest kind

This is a great shop! I took my 1965 Chrysler Imperial for a front suspension rebuild, not only do they have guys with the expertise to work on this car, they took the time to do it right. Jim and Joe are great guys to deal with, the mechanics got it right the first time and car performs flawlessly. Thanks Jim and Joe for taking the time to find the right parts to complete the job.

Excellent service and got me taken care of fast at a reasonable price. I felt like I could trust Joe not to take advantage of my situation. I only wish he had another shop closer to my home in California. Added bonus free BBQ tips. Joe has a competitive BBQ team as a hobby.
