Our team members enjoy the security of a guaranteed minimum pay plus commissions on hours produced.

Bill was slammed until the end of the year but managed to squeeze me in for an additional lengthy appointment to repair a coolant leak after taking care of many other issues my vehicle needed during my regular service appointment. The special care you get from Red Rock Auto is what keeps me coming back. They provide excellent, professional service with a personal touch every time. It’s so nice to have a reliable auto shop close by and not have to drive to Flagstaff or Phoenix.

Took my 1999 Ford Expedition in to make sure it wasn’t leaking oil. They wanted to keep the car overnight. Picked it up and the check engine light was already on and the car was shaking. They charged me 170$ for the check and “replacement parts” but wouldn’t tell me what they were for. They then told me my car is shaking and the check engine light is on because of the spark plugs. The spark plugs were already replaced not even a year ago. I’ve been taking it to several other shops to fix it but nothing changed, got the spark plugs replaced somewhere else “didn’t do anything” got

Alternator went out coming down the canyon from Flagstaff and we were lucky to flag down a tow truck that happened to be passing by. Googled mechanics in the area and had the driver drop us and our car off here.
They knew we were traveling and got us taken care of quickly. We were expecting an inflated price since they knew we were from out of town and didn't really have any other options, but that wasn't the case. Having a mechanical issue 750 miles from home is never fun, but they made it less stressful and charged the same as my local mechanic that I have a strong relationship with.
