I have termite Maggots. Falling from my ceiling. Above my toilet and sink, The management has not responded they came cut a bigger hole out made the situation worse. They raised my rent during the coronavirus pandemic this month by 9 percent. They replaced every fence unnecessarily and disturbed cockroach Infestation underground. So now there's cockroaches running around all outside meanwhile, They want to replace my door knob with little notice (two days) Thank you the valley apartments!Also no one has contacted me about the maggots falling from my ceiling. This place is "managed" by a mother/daughter duo who allow illegal drug use in their own apartment & RV parked on site. Also, their "handyman", Otman Guzman, to enter premises of tenant's who aren't home and steal from them. I lived here for 7 years. Loved my neighbors and how close it was to work, but I wish I would have done my research and read reviews before moving into this place and signing my soul over to the ----- herself. They will retaliate against you when you demand repairs be made or when you can't let them borrow money. Bridgett asked to borrow $300 & would get upset when I'd be too
