Irritated and troubled with the noise from the people living above me. Please do anything but do not live in this apartment complex. It is just bad and gets worse every single day. I wouldn't recommend selecting this apartment complex at all. The ceiling walls are so thin that even the management is helpless. I suffer with constant migraine and headaches.

Feels like home and you are close to everything. Shopping, groceries, parks and trails. It is a quiet area and people seem to be friendly and love how close we are to a large park. The gals in the office treat you with respect and answer any question(no matter how silly) they treat you like you matter.

I couldn’t ask for a better apartment. The staff Ragan, Bianca, Monica G and Monica M are amazing. They are very personable, provides excellent customer service and attentive to our every need.
They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable to ensure we feel at home, even addressing the tenants by name.

I've sent numerous emails about the noise from my neighbors above me. Never got a respond nor was it ever addressed. As I'm writing this review it sounds like a bowling alley above me right now. And this is just the beginning. When it's supposed to be quiet time that's when you hear the heavy footsteps (like they were elephants). I pay my rent on time and I believe I too deserve some quiet time during quiet time

I just moved into Avana Stoneridge apartments yesterday and I could not be more pleased. My unit is so nice and remodeled with new hardwood floor, counter tops, and stainless steel appliance. The unit is so spacious and I have a big balcony with a great view. I haven’t explored much of the complex yet since I just moved in but I’m planning to soon. I don’t have pets, but they just built a new dog park. I want to thank Ragan and RJ at the leasing office so much for all their help!!! ^_^ You both our so amazing and have made me feel so welcome. I moved in just a little over a month ago and so far so good. Apartment is nice. Washer and Dryer in unit is a plus, valet trash pick up is convenient. So far, staff is very helpful and nice, especially RJay and and Ragan! Kids play in parking-lot but only during the day. No garage parking but a lot of guess parking. Close to freeway and Chick-fil-A. Overall, good experience here at Avana!

This star is because I can't post without it. I lived here for a few month with my mother on the first floor the people above us had like 7 people living in the apartment. They were noisy all hours of the day and night we made multiple complaints to the office and each time they said they would do something but finally after the last complaint they admitted they had never reached out to the tenants. Extremely disappointed. Very thin walls and an uncaring staff. I contacted the lack of management about a noise problem from my upstairs neighbors and without the slightest effort to listen or appreciate what I was enduring in my newly rented apartment, I was told (without any concern for my living situation) that this was apartment living and they can make as much noise as they want as long as it's before 8pm. Keep in mind that I at the time hadn't even lived there a week. They did offer to try to find me another unit within the next 60 days if I was willing to cancel my lease, pay

If you choose this apartment with the consideration of the low move in deposit they advertise, do not be fooled. When you move out, expect at least a $1,000+ bill for cleaning and retouch...They push ALL charges on you - painting the wall, ceiling, reglaze the bathtub, professional cleaning, etc. They charge $25 each for the 4 bowls underneath the cooking stove. I have never lived in a place that charge more than $1K for cleaning and touch up. I am a clean female and have been renting for the past 10 years. It's been just 3 weeks we have moved in to Avana Stoneridge in Pleasanton and we have already created 6 maintenance requests. These requests are mostly with the leakage in the toilets, kitchen disposal, bathroom sink. With that being said this property has very old apartments which requires a lot of maintenance. If you are moving in here then please be prepare to spend a lot of time on their website creating a maintenance request.
Most importantly, we have found out a lot of bugs (bed bugs, fleas, pincher bugs etc) and my wife has got red and itchy ratchet across her arms, legs and back

Avana Stoneridge Apartments is owned by Greystar. Greystar sent me the final bill in early August, and informed me that the interest will be accrued after 30-day grace period. However, they started to charge interests within 20 days (or even earlier) and the interest accumulates everyday.
How greedy Greystar is!!!

Don't trust the apartment leasing persons.. they speaks good but you will see their real face at the End of leaving from apartment. They put unnecessary charges when I leave the apartment. Just stayed for 4 months, they put a fine for $1050 for maintanence charges, even though I paid lease breakage amount 3600$.
