So the leasing office representative has resigned, and whoever is in the leasing office temporarily they are extremely rude, and they act as if you are unwelcome and you are invading their privacy if you go to leasing office. I wanted to scan an id card and the representative acted as if I am robbing her of something. Very very rude. please have some people skills. I am a rent payer and I have every right to enter the leasing office and ask for help if I need it urgently.
