My roommates and I live here for already 2 years, we’ve had some issues with the apartment that have been addressed pretty fast, maintenance team is pretty efficient and repaired any issue as fast as possible, the office team has been great specially Alex, who helped us from the very beginning until now, we like this place, we think it’s pretty safe and secure, it’s in a pretty good area and we are planning on staying here. I would totally recommend living here, they have a lot of events through out the year and that’s nice because it makes the guests feel like a little bit out of the routine

I moved here when COVID-19 first started and honestly had a great experience living at this complex. The office staff were responsive & helpful every time I’ve reached out for something. I love that this place is dog friendly and has a lot of grass for my pup, as well as a small dog park. I lived upstairs in a 1 bedroom unit, which was the perfect size, and the balcony was massive. The location is definitely the best part - right next to both 580 & 680, walking distance to some great restaurants, and very close to all the main stores (Target, Safeway, Walmart, CVS, Sprouts, etc). Been living here for almost 3 years now and it’s been great. We have 2 dogs that also live with us and they love the dog friendly environment Sofi has created. The staff that works here has been incredibly helpful and accommodating to work with especially Alexander who has been our point of contact since moving in.

So many things in our cheap apartment broke. When the maintenance guy accidentally ruined our cookware, upper ownership refused to replace it. When we got displaced for a week for plumbing maintenance, upper ownership wouldn't help us with finding a place to work or live. The windows get moldy in the winter and some tenants got black mold. Do not rent here!
Edit (after management's response): They did not give a week's notice; it was less than 3 days. The "week's notice" said a plumber would be by for a couple hours - and then we were displaced for 5 days. Management spoke on the phone with me

Let me say this—I have had nothing but a great experience here, from the moment I toured the leasing staff has been more than exceptional.
I’ve had an issue with my sink and put in a request via online que and maintenance came right away. I had a question about tenants and Alex immediately jumped on a call with me and answered all of my questions/ concerns. I have never had property management support like Alex and the team… and I’ve lived in a couple different places.

The place looks good at first but after a few months you would realice it’s an old building literally falling apart, poor mantainance and only superficial repairs. In two years they have fixed the kitchen cabinets at least 30 times, the pipes are old and stinks, infections of bed bugs, they had to replace the whole balcony in some apt that was falling apart, they cut the water without warning every week, electricity installation are so old that don’t allow us to turn on our heater and the microwave oven at the same time, air conditioning fails every month, closet shelfs are crooked, squeaky

I recently sold my home and needed to find a place to live. I went to several apartment communities, and Sofi Dublin was by far the best. I love the location and quiet atmosphere. What set them apart was their customer service. Everyone in the office was so nice and patient with me. I've been here 2 months now and I still go into the office every once in a while just to see the staff. The maintenance guys are always very helpful.
