Ecowater Systems of Plant City is the worst business I have ever dealt with. After spending over $4000 in good faith, not only did they install a faulty unit with spliced wiring leading to the electrical outlet outside of the house, I had to pay $227.00 to them when the wiring split in two places to service it. After dealing with the annoying front desk of this company and three no shows, I tried to remain calm and asked for a replacement reverse osmosis for under the sink. That was Friday, February 19, 2021. During the night the unit failed under the sink and flooded 4 rooms in our home. When

First impressions are everything to me.
I have an ecowater softener system that was installed well before I purchased my current home. Found the company, they had our home on file. Simply changed the name and they made an appointment with us for a Friday.
They call a day before and ask for the fee in ADVANCE. I'm not sure how many industries can get away with that. I paid the $99 and was told the tech would be here 1-5 pm on Friday.
It is now 5:30, no tech, one call 2 hours ago saying the tech was 45 minutes away.
No call since. Not impresses.

I'll preface this by saying this review is for our sales rep and not their products as ultimately we went a different way BUT our sales experience was great. Joe was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and find out what we were already up to speed on. It was a comfortable experience through and through with nothing but polite follow up. Never felt any pressure, more like a high-quality info session with options presented at the end. I'd highly suggest anyone looking for a water system to at least them a look.

They installed both our water softener and RO (reverse osmosis) systems a few years ago. Both recently malfunctioned and they came out for $89.95 and told us both needed to be replaced and quoted over $2,000. Fortunately we got a second opinion. The RO they said had to be replaced only needed the tank recharged with air. The water softener was fixed with a $50 part. Had we not double checked what they told us, we would have unnecessarily wasted thousands of dollars.

There are good service techs working for this company although the woman handling the calls is rather rude. Ultimately, we ended up spending over $3000 for a tank and service work for no reason. The entire system had to be replaced, the "fix" and new tank didn't solve our problem. Throughout this experience the woman handling the service and inquiry calls was abrupt and failed to return calls or respond as she promised. We believe the techs DID try to solve the problem but lacked the experience to do it. The one guy with the most experience (we were told) left the company in
