When I first started using Atlantic Filter they were great, I believe it was 2017. Now my water system is so messed up and I have paid them for a number of large repairs that I'm sure could have been avoided. I admit that I never go in the back and look at the system because I trusted them to take care of it. When I did see this below I called them and they told me they left a door tag before telling me to call them there was a problem. What happened to actually calling a customer? I never received any door tag. I am a care taker for my elderly sister and my disabled son and neither of them can

We needed our water softener cleaned out. They came to clean it out and informed me That it needed several new parts even though it was working. I agreed. They took the water softener apart and order the new parts. When the new parts came in, it was supposed to take an hour to install them it took 6 1/2 hours. And then the unit didn’t work at all. We were charged $500 and the unit is still completely broken. We are going with another company to replace the entire unit. I highly recommend not using them for their services.

I wanted to wait to post a review until I had actually used the services for a little while. A couple months ago I got a water softener. What I can say is that the the tech that installed the unit was friendly. The office staff is friendly. The pricing was fair and they make it very low maintenance. I would recommend 100x.

First, the salt is continually running out of salt, and their techs do not seem to be able to come with the necessary regularity to keep it filled. I call, and I am told they are behind, and give some excuse. I should not have to have to call people, with whom I have made a contact, to remind them to do their job.
Secondly, they are doing a very poor job of maintaining the equipment. Now we have gotten a sediment in our water, and our water pressure went way down. When I bi-passed their system, the water cleared up, and the water pressure increased to what it normally is. By the way, when I checked

I would not recommend their product. I have had a system for about three years and have lost track of the number of times I have needed repairs or service. By far the worst product I have ever bought in regards to maintenance issues. At some point a customer will quit calling for help and shop for another product or service. I am that customer. Very dissapointing.
