Deployed soldier finds out that despite spending ~$6,000 with Dan and WFW, the soldier's family spent 9 days with unfiltered swamp water because a WFW employee turned the system off and simply... left.
2 years later, STILL waiting for a system that works, and WFW compliance with the service plan WFW is purportedly supposed to provide, but does not.

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. Our salesman Lance is very personable, and extremely knowledgeable about his product. I learned so much about the water softener process. Our installation went well with only one hiccup, which was remedied to our satisfaction within 24 hours by the manager Justin Mills and a wonderful tech, Jason. Lance has already been back to check our water for chlorine and hardness which to no surprise, there was none of either. We highly recommend Water Filter Warehouse!

Wonderful experience! I called in for an estimate and Lance was at my house the same day. I had another 4 companies coming to give me an estimate and Water Filter Warehouse was the most professional. The installation was superb and I even got the color tank I wanted. From beginning to end, this was flawless. Keep up the good work.

Company was upfront with how to fix our water needs and at a great price!! professional and arrived on time for appt. installation was quick and easy. owner checked in with us after install to make sure everything went ok. we got a whole house filter and water softner combo and also got a Reverse osmosis for under the sink for drinking water. super happy!!!

I've known Lance Huggins for some years now.... So when my wife and I starting talking about getting a water softener installed of course we thought of Lance. I just didn't know he worked for a different company now.
Lance comes out to the house and shows us the system and it's the same system as the big name brand but for much less. He was very informative about maintaining... he even came out last week and added a couple of bags of salt... which he didn't have to do. I'm glad we gave Lance a call... besides being very professional... his company saved us a few grand. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

Lance serviced our home and he was so professional and straightforward. Once we installed our water filter, he came back and tested the water to ensure the system was installed correctly. Water Filter Warehouse really did a great job installing a whole house water softener in our home. I had shopped extensively before I choose the vendor to use.
