Terrible service. Raising the price after arrived.and charged me $100 if I don't want the service anymore. since their time is valuable. I calmly asked for explanation, since I am not very familiar with this whole process to get the approval letter from baaqmd. the guy was very inpatient. I don't get it. If i am paying $100, you should give time to explain, when a person say 'I am not trying to insult', you are insulting. So I deny the service. If you charge me $100, I still don't want your service. I would not recommend it to anyone. Overall bad rating for a reason.

I've had this water softener for a year and honestly I hate it and wish that I would have went with a different company. I don't feel a difference in my water and it's not the basic model either. It uses very little water softener and I still get really bad water drip marks on my cabinets. I asked them to come out and look at it and they claim it's running fine even though I have explained that I don't feel a difference in my water quality.
Stay far away..I'm serious.

This is the second time I have done business with Adviro Quality Water and both times my experience was Excellent. The appointment was set quickly, all my questions were answered, the price was more than fair, and the installation was done promptly. The installer (Robert) was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. I have been extremely happy with the service I received before, during and after the sale. We purchased a house that had an old central water filter system on it already. The water filter had never worked. This water filter was a very basic machine that you can get from one of the big box stores for under $300. I wanted to find out what it would take to get it working again.
I called the maker of the equipment and they gave me two numbers of companies in the area that could service it. The first one didn't answer, so I called the second one, Adviro. I only use ADVIRO’s environmental testing services. They are very competent, professional, knowlegable, and their reports are high quality and in detail. I am a Real Estate Agent in Silicon Valley and I refer all my clients with any environmental questions or concerns directly to Frank. Frank Valerga is simply the best. ADVIRO gives you the fact and the truth and they are not alarming. They do not make an issue out of a non issue to create business.

Very agitated owner with no ability to address the problem for which was sought. Check and pipes leading to vents for asbestos deterioration and sample the piping wrap for the same. Total waste of money because Frank Valerga becomes easily agitated and says unbelievable things to the client, no filter. Look elsewhere specifically if you ask a question of him because he becomes very angry and yells at the client. VERY bad experience!
