What an absolute awesome shop!! I literally drove to Las Vegas from CA to pick up a axel back exhaust for my Porsche from a local seller. I needed to get it fitted asap and I had to return the old exhaust as I just wasn't into it. Rang around a couple muffler shops and no cigar, all busy and sounded janky. I rang Hi Star and they were like come down and will check it out! They literally went out of there way to help me out and fit the new exhaust on the spot. I left my car with Hi Star for front end repair. Then I had surgery. They let me leave my car there for 4 extra days. When I went to pick it up, it looked beautiful. Good as new!. I was worried about driving home because of my recent surgery and I was trying to figure out how to get there. AAA would not tow it because it wasn't malfunctioning. Kimberly got on the phone and arranged for it to be towed to my house at no charge to me. She was very empathetic and kind to me.

I was referred by a friend about this place. They were great at first took care of everything so they could earn my business. My car looks great just had a problem with one of the trims it looked used and I pointed out to who was helping me and they told me he thought it was sun damaged. I showed him before the accident that it was not from sun damaged.
They told me they would order the part and I will have it by next week it's been since November and I'm still waiting. Great work but not fully satisfied don't like the trim of my car looks old.

Where do I even start...I've been coming to Hi star Auto Center for the past year or two whether it be for a dent repair, blown strut, or transmission issue. Heard about this place from a friend not to long ago and haven't looked back ever since. This place is great. Honest and very affordable repairs for body work. My son took his car there @ month ago. He had some body damage where someone backed into him and jammed the front door. He could't open the door and have to get in from passenger side.
These guys do great work and at a very affordable price. It took them about an hour to fix the front drivers door. Very comfortable atmosphere, honest guys. Will definately take my car there if needed.

My little brother got into a minor accident at the end of January. I inquired for a quote via Yelp and immediately got a response form Vigen within two hours. We spoke on the phone that same day. Vigen was helpful, honest and understanding. It was extremely easy working with him because he was in constant communication with me and my mom. The repair took about a week and a half - which was surprisingly quick! I was unable to pick up the car right away and Vigen reassured me that the car would be in good hands. I had gone in to get an estimate on a dent on a company vehicle a couple of months ago at High Star Auto found them to be the least expensive of the three body shops that I checked. When I needed my Scion that was 8 years old repainted from damage from the elements I remembered their price and the fact that they are a member of the Better Business Bureau and they had five star rating on Yelp so I went there for an estimate. Bmw was trying to charge me triple the price they quoted for tire alignment also told me things needed fixed that really didn't.

I did endless searches on Yelp and came across Hi Star and their high ratings and reviews. I stopped by because someone had run into the back of my car and I had the estimate ready from the insurance to cover the damages. The mechanics recommended me to use Enterprise for my car rental which was barely 5 minutes down the street. The guys at Hi Star are awesome! I needed some body work done to my car & brought it in for a quote. The process was quick I had a quote within 20 min. I needed to file a claim with my insurance & the guy helping me told me all the steps I needed to follow. A week later I dropped it off and was a bit worried at how long it would take as i didn't have rental on my auto insurance. The guys finished up my car by the end of the week & I was so pleased. Although I didn't end up having my repairs done here- this place was one of the 3 places I got a quote from and actually the cheapest too. However, I appreciated the owner, Vegan, reaching out with a phone call and following up. He even asked for feedback instead of being offended that I didn't choose them. I appreciate that level of customer service. Unfortunately I didn't quite get as welcoming of an experience from his front desk staff, but may consider them in the future.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I inquired about a wheel alignment for my 2007 Honda Civic EX. The owner replied in a timely matter with a price of $60. When I get there the guys took my keys and pulled my car towards the back. Moments later (10 minutes the most) one of the guys asks me to follow him to the garage to take a look at my car camber results. I'm not too sure what it means but he started to point out that the passenger right front side was -0.7. He also said that it will be an additional $20 to adjust the camber.
