Services
All our professionals at Sterling Dental Center maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dentistry. Dr. Joe earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1997. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in 1990.
Crowns - A tooth can lose its normal shape and size for a variety of reasons. A crown covers your tooth to help restore its original shape and size. Crowns can also be used to make teeth stronger and look better. Crowns have a variety of uses. In some cases that require a large filling, there isn't enough tooth remaining to keep the filling in place.
Our goal is to help you through your first appointment. We all know how scary it can be, so we are here to answer any questions or help alleviate any concerns you may have. We work hard to offer our patients (new and old) a welcoming and comfortable office. We know that you may be anxious about your visit, so we will do everything we can do to help.
Dental fillings are used to fill cavities and repair cracked or broken teeth. Fillings can be done with gold, porcelain, or silver amalgam, but is most commonly done with materials called composite resin fillings that are designed to match the color of your teeth. Additional steps are required for tooth-colored fillings because it requires multiple layers and a special light to dry and harden the area around the filling.
We are proud to offer dental implants for our patients. Dental implants are roots placed in your mouth for either permanent teeth to be placed on or ones that you can remove. When done correctly, and with proper care, dental implants can last a patient's whole life. It is still important to brush your teeth, floss, and use mouthwash when you have implants.

Dad and I love Dr Joe, and the staff at Sterling Dental. Dad pretty much likes everybody, but Dr Joe, is laid back, funny, professional, personable, and efficient. Dad needed Full upper denture and a… partial lower, and with them having the lab in house, it was quick and easy. I have already recommended to our pharmacist, he was looking into work for his dad. bottom line, I like that the staff had been together for ages, and the lab is onsite, and they work to put every one at ease. thank you, we couldn't be any happier with dads new smile!!!
