I am sure they are great until they make a mistake like they did with me... and then not take responsibility and make it right! They change my oil did not put the oil cap back on I drove it for 10 miles not knowing what they had done oil all over my engine I’m talking everywhere and were not willing to clean it! And then sent a tow truck for my car and their tow truck driver messed up the front and back and again will not take any responsibility! Soooo of course I would not recommend that place!

Dennis, the front desk man treated me so terribly I ended up leaving here with no work done on my car and tears in my eyes. He yelled at me and raised his voice multiple times in the lobby. In front of other customers about how my car didn't have the problem I came to him with. The amount of disrespect he gave me was insane. I don't know if he treats all young women like this, but I wouldn't even risk it. He made me feel so belittled and dumb. I don't know how they allow this fool to be the face of their company.

Battery died. Got a jump that got me home to put groceries away. Asked neighbor where to get new battery installed. This is the place! Professional and courteous and capable people, clean and neat and orderly facilities. Even though they were busy, they fit my job in, had me on the road in less than an hour.

Hands down the best! I've been bringing my vehicles to Kevin over at Hatch Auto for about a year now and let me tell you, they are stellar. From their go-out-of-the-way service, to fitting you in for a last min appointment, to prices that can't be beat. Pretty sure they don't mark up their parts, or at least it's very negligible because I'm always pleased with their quotes. Not too often you think of the word "trustworthy" when discussing mechanics but they've earned my trust, and my repeat business. Thanks Hatch Auto, for restoring my faith in mechanics!

As a younger woman with a sports car, I'm always wary of mechanics trying to take advantage of me. There was none of this at Hatch Tire. It was glorious.
Kevin himself took my appointment down & checked me in the next day. The computer had somehow not saved it but he still fit me in (I've definitely been to places who would have said 'too bad, come back another day').
I just wanted a conventional oil change. There was no pushiness or lecture on how I needed synthetic, he literally asked what I wanted and said

Kevin is a great and HONEST guy! I've been coming here for years and now have other family members coming here. When I had an issue with another car years ago, they had a hard time diagnosing the issue. However, he didn't just throw parts at it or make "guesses". Instead he asked if he could keep it longer. I genuinely appreciate his customer service. Thanks team Hatch!

Maybe the other reviews here say it all, but I'll add mine. Kevin and Dennis are knowledgeable, honest, competitively priced and they seem to have a great team of mechanics. Over the past 9 years I've taken every car I own there, recommended them to friends and family and never been disappointed. When there has been an "issue", they've worked hard to make it "right."

Growing up with a dad that built motors and worked on cars for a living, I knew it was important to find the right auto shop. This place is FANTASTIC. The service and prices are amazing. They are always honest and up front about your vehicle needs. I’m always comfortable sending my wife (who doesn’t know very much about cars) in to get our family vehicles serviced. Before I would worry that they might try to pull a fast one with my wife on products or services that aren’t needed. NOT AN ISSUE here. This is a great shop. Stop in and get your vehicle checked if your worried or need maintenance

I have been with Kevin at Hatch Tire for as long as I can remember now. My mom referred me and even my Grandpa (new residence heaven) trusted him which he didn't trust anyone! Great experience with Kevin & his crew at Hatch Tire & Auto Repair!! I was having problems with my '07 CR-V not starting & he spent several hours on it two weeks ago & we hoped it was "fixed" . . . unfortunately it was not, as evidenced by it not starting several times over the past two weeks. Kevin fit it in today & kept trying to get it to… replicate the problem . . . of course, it started on the first crank every time . . . eventually it didn't & they were able to verify the problem was with the starter & he was able to replace it & get me back on the road

I Love this Place! I can’t even remember when we first came here but we been coming ever since! They’re Super Chill and easy to work with. Kevin is the Best! All the guys work there too. One time one of the guys saw me waiting for my ride and I was outside for awhile, he came out and offered me a ride home. The work they do is On Point and customer service is too!im still going there and I tell everybody, if you like good work done on your car by good people. Come here!!

Let me just state that I trust Kevin with all of my car care needs. I live in Tucson, Arizona and have been to him on-and-off for the past couple years. Finally, I had a really bad experience with a corporate auto-repair entity in Tucson (check my reviews if you are interested), and I returned to him and I never plan to go anywhere else again.
He diagnosed he problem correctly, promptly, and suggested multiple courses of action. He fixed my car at half the rate of other auto-repair places, and in half the time. The courtesy of this organization and respect for the customer goes unmatched.
