The owner and staff are very professional. Came in with a specific problem on my truck . it wont start and it could be a number of things that made it not start. They troubleshoot and diagnose and found the problem. After that, they call you and ask if its okay to proceed fter they explain to you what is needed to be done. I like how precise and accomodating and thoughtful they are. They were really helpful and was able to save me money on repairs. They are there to help and provide services that you only need. That was the vibe i got so after i got my truck fix i had my second car fix as well

I am really happy. My car feels brand new again. Its an older subaru legacy, 2005 that had a few leaks and issues with the rack and pinion + bearing and I had a hard time getting the bottom of these issues with other mechanics. Especially the leaks. The car feels like its a brand new Subaru again, the suspension feels like Im driving on clouds. I am so happy to be leak-free as that has been an issue since I bought the vehicle.
The service was also timely, and very affordable. They gave me the best quote for the rack and pinion job.

Top notch experience from start to finish. I called ahead of time to see if they would accept a walk in for an oil change. The guy on the phone was nice and said I'd be more than welcome to come in. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful-I felt like I was talking to a friend. Great rates on an oil change and while I was at it had both air filters changed. Total was less than $60 and the wait was about an hour since I had to wait for the air filters to be delivered. Grateful for a restroom and quiet waiting area. I found my new auto repair shop. These guys rock! Support local businesses

Cook’s is my new #1! From helping my daughter with the lemon she was sold, to the honesty and thoroughness of a pre-sale inspection on a vehicle then finding the reason after three years why my car was having battery issues during an oil change. Great shop hidden away on Fulton Ave. Don't waste your time with paying for dealership work. Bring your vehicle here. 100%. One of the quickest oil changes I've ever had. Staff run a great shop, clean, friendly and know what the hell they're talking about and don't run you around overselling and penny pinching everything.

So we been taking our vw Passat tdi 2013 to this auto shop for the last couple months and it started with us wanting a easy fix for a fuel pressure sensor they say the fixed it and check engine came back on the day we got it back..they did warranty the part and replace it and after that the car had all kinds of problems like our fuel pressure regulator which we believed and then it all went bad they told us they thought it was a program problem and they had their programmer fix it but obviously not fixed our windshield wipers now go off at random times which I'm pretty sure is causing some

Excellent! Another nearby shop called Marco Muffler quoted me over $3,000 for a simple exhaust leak, saying that I had to replace my entire catalytic converter system and exhaust manifold. Took it to this shop and all it needed was the cracked exhaust pipe to be welded back together and you charged under $150.

Let me start with, this is the most honest and awesome repair shop I've ever been to!!!! I brought my jeep there, not knowing what's wrong other than it won't start, they called me the next day letting me know the motor was shot... let me stop right there. THANK YOU for the honesty!! So many shops could have emptied my pockets but they let me know without spending extra money why it was. I then called cashforcars and had the junkers come get it, the shop was very accommodating and worked with me all the way through. The gentleman at the front was so nice and helped me with my items

Had a coolant leak on my Audi TT in a spot that required removal of the intake which was more than I wanted to deal with. Shiloh and the guys at Cook's, who were very professional and informative, did me right and had it fixed perfectly. Also got a smog check here and they had me in and out in a flash.

Shiloh, Ben, and team (and the friendly guy at the front desk) are absolutely AMAZING. We are on a trip from CO to San Francisco and ran into a check engine light when we entered the Sacramento area. These guys not only took us in last minute for a diagnostic, they also worked to help us get a part in and get the car scheduled to be fixed the next day. They even loved on our dog and gave her treats, and truly helped make this untimely incident feel less like a disaster. 5/5 recommend absolutely any day. They're all spectacular.

I called for a quote to repair a squealing noise that was coming from my rear brakes today. It was weird because the the noise mostly occurred when I was reversing my vehicle and not depressing the brakes. Ben, the shop manager, asked me to bring my vehicle in for a free inspection/diagnosis. He and his colleague discovered my rear brakes were worn down and the clips were loose which explains the squealing noise we were hearing. He gave me a quote and I agreed to it, but I later realized it was about $60 more than another shop I was planning to bring it to. Ben called the competitor shop to confirm

These guys are rockstars! I can't rate them highly enough. My truck was sounding rough when traveling about 25 mph and I had to drive to MT in less than 36 hours. They got me in and out the same day and the owner even drove around in my truck with me on what should have been his lunch break so he could listen to exactly what sound I was concerned about. It was a major repair and they got it done quickly and at a very reasonable price.
The staff are also kind, friendly, and personable.

This is hands down one of the best repairs shops I've been to, The owner and all the employees are very upfront and honest and their prices are much cheaper with better quality of work then all their competitors. I took my Toyota 4runner to them for a CV axle shaft replacement and their quote was less then half what PepBoys quote was and an 1/8 of the time, from start to finish my vehicle was in their shop for less then 2 hours on a busy Friday morning and what they charged me in parts and labor was cheaper then just the parts quote from PepBoys. I will never go to another shop for anything

So I am so happy that I found this great auto shop! As a woman, I've gotten many estimates from auto shops with ridiculous prices or wanting to fix things that don't even need replacing. With my 2003 Mustang, I had so many issues with it. They were able to give me free quotes, and could even process my CC over the phone. They were also honest with me when they said they couldn't replace the catalytic converters since I didn't have the emissions sticker anymore.
I have now gotten a new car, but I know I will definitely go there if I have any future car issues.

Great professional service is all I can say. I had a used van pre-inspected here. The team found a few significant items on the car that were very helpful in my evaluation of the vehicle. They had a very quick turn around on the inspection and were avle to get the van in the day after I called.

They were not able to do the service since they didn't have the part which is understandable. Now the problem is that they charged me for 30 min labor while it took them not even a minute to realize that they can't do the work. I asked why am I being charged a labor fee for 30 minutes???
