This place is great! My A/C went out - not fun when it's 98* out. I talked to Juan on Tuesday, I got an appointment that Thursday. He discovered my rear blower motor had simply become disconnected. He reconnected it. The front blend door motors/servos needed to be replaced. He offered me lower quality parts that were more expensive that day OR if I could wait until Monday, he'd get less expensive AC Delco parts. I chose to wait. I arrived at 10:55 am on Monday, Juan had the parts, got right on it, I paid (VERY reasonable) and was out the door with ice cold air @11:45 am! Thanks Juan

Wow what incredible service! My windshield wiper fluid tube was broken and Bay Brothers was able to get me a fast appointment on a Saturday. Juan fixed my issue in about 10 minutes. I will definitely be back if I have car trouble again and I would recommend them to anyone I know. I really appreciate their friendly and quick service!

Had an amazing experience at this place, and will be bringing my car back for service moving forward! They are honest, they have a quick turn around, and the pricing is affordable. My car was having an AC problem, which would have cost me a minimum of twice the price at the dealership, and they got me out on the same day. I highly recommend coming here!

I have always found mechanics to be hit or miss. And when moving to a new area it takes time to find a good, competent shop that does not waste your time and money with misdiagnosis or kill you with the upsell. I tried 6 other shops including a Ford dealer (I know...I know...). There was one or two that were as good but they were as expensive as the dealer. Bay Brothers is the best in the area. Happy to say my search is over.

I just left here and I sincerely appreciated the honesty. My Acura RDX passenger side HID low beam is out and I thought it was the bulb but it wasn't. I wasn't charge anything for their time which isn't normal in the world today. I have to go back on 2/14 to have the electrical guy look at it which I met on my way out who happened to be the owner, Juan who seemed like a person who cares about the customers.

Juan was really helpful. He answered all my questions through Yelp messages. He fixed my rear turn light indicators and a very low price. Also, I got my oil change done here on a weekend and I was well attended by everyone present there. Never got a feeling that they are trying to rip me off or sell me more than what I need.
Would surely do more business with them whenever needed.

By far this is one of the most reliable and honest that has taken care of our car. Their staff is completely reasonable and they truly know how to treat their customers. I would truly recommend this shop to anyone with a hybrid or other make and model to receive any mechanical needs. Today we had our AC recharged where other shops said it was just the heat; they were wrong. Mr. Juan showed me personally that we were 1.5 kg low on freon. Thank y'all for all of your services

Juan is a great no b/s kind of guy. My dad and I took his car up there to find out what was wrong with the a/c which normally costs 50 bucks and Juan couldn't find anything wrong with it and didn't charge us. Instead of going off what I was telling him that I saw, he tried to see it for himself and couldn't find it. So he didn't even charge us. Reliable people, fair prices, and straightforward honest service. I would recommend these 3 10/10 times. Such a great experience.
