I went to this place because they used to be highly rated. I took my wife's car in for an oil change and specifically asked on the phone how much it would be and I was quoted an out the door price. When I went to pick up the car the price was much more than the quote. That was not the worst part. They tried to upsell me a new battery for my wife's car telling me her present battery was so bad it would not last the day and needed to be replace immediately. The next thing they did was tell me my AC system had a leaky hose and needed to be replaced. Ok so I left already mad about the extra oil change

Last week my car battery died and although the car insurance tow would have taken more than an hour, Ooroo saved the day. They drove out, tested the battery then returned to install a new one. The previous battery was still under warranty. This timeliness and professionalism on a hot day was greatly appreciated!

It's impossible to find a good mechanic in Tucson.
Ooroo was great. Until now.
I started going to Ooroo Auto in early 2020 to double check the work being done by another far less reliable auto shop. Ooroo did the necessary job right the first time or pinpointed work that was done incorrectly that I then had redone under warranty.
Then on my third visit almost a year later, in addition to work I wanted done, they said I needed a new radiator. My vehicle is many years old, but I take care of it. So I agreed to replacing the radiator. From that point on, Ooroo suggested work that was unnecessary

I was so pleased from the first phone call inquiring about service to the call about the estimate and the service that was done. Everyone was so professional and answered all my questions. I thought the rates were reasonable for what the work that was done. I greatly appreciated being able to get a ride home. I will definitely be a return customer.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Victor early this morning. He was prompt, professional, completed the task very quickly & was very knowledgeable! In addition, the gentleman on the phone was also very kind & helpful. I Used mobile services today, where Victor came to my location & resolved my battery issue. I am visiting the area. Hit a really bad pot hole in Benson. I wanted my cat checked before going into Phoenix traffic. Option check all of the cars fluids and the 2 left wheels and didn't find any problem. Not did they charge me anything. I can't say enough nice things about them. So appreciative. Thanks Ooroo.

Dead batteries are always the worst because you can't drive to have the repair done. My plan was to get a jumpstart and take it immediately somewhere to replace the battery. But, I saw that Ooroo has a mobile mechanic that can could come and replace the battery in my driveway! Perfect! It made the ordeal so much smoother!

I went into ask a question about my car fob and with some wonderful lighthearted banter and a willingness to help immediately I walked out with a battery replaced at no charge from three absolutely delightful people who were on the front desk. Leroy was the one that initially tried to help and the banter between Leroy and the other two absolutely just right for me after a long and arduous day! We have been to them before and we always find them so helpful and so nice to be around.

Last Friday I was astounded to find a gem in Leroy. Not only did he accommodate the basic need to get my car problem addressed he took the extra steps to get everything in place at the dealership without me doing anything but fret. He should be given appropriate acknowledgement for your customers impression of who/what you are. Kudos to Leroy for help beyond my hopes, thank you!

There is no other place I would have my car serviced in Tucson. Before they had their mobile service I drove all the way from the foothills to Oro Valley. Now they come to me. I've had different problems with my car because it's 2006. They have always been upfront, honest, expeditious, friendly, and most of all fix my car every time.
Just a note. Their mobile service is really convenient. They will come to your home or job with their van. The guys are really respectful and knowledgeable.
Jeff and his crew have never been anything but lovely and there truly is no other place to go

Recently used the OOROO 2U service for an oil change and wow. They came out to my office, picked up my keys and did my oil change in the parking lot while I was busy at work. My car was ready and waiting long before quiting time and I was out almost zero time.
I have 2 young kids so scheduling time for an oil change feels like a juggling act. Now in the future I'll just schedule OOROO2U to come to my house and get both mine and my husband's cars while my kids are happily entertained at home and I can still get stuff done around the house. I'm surprised I've never seen a model

We just had one of our cars in here again. This time it was for a simple oil change. I have been meaning to do a review each time so here it is.
This is the only auto repair place in the area we would trust with our cars and our family's cars. The service is top notch and we have never been overcharged for anything. The cars are ready when they say they will be or sooner in most cases.
The place is clean, well kept, and very professional. This is not a real small place and they stay fairly busy with repeat customers.
They are located on the corner of Rancho Vistoso Blvd. and
