Within only a few sessions of working with Portia, I already felt invigorated with new possibility. And every session after that I grew more and more.
I was feeling trapped and stuck, unable to see any other options for my situation. And with such grace, Portia was able to help me see where I could focus on myself and my own story and beliefs to find freedom and be in control of the situation. She helped me also to come up with an effective way to communicate with others that really opened up the possibility in the relationship instead of creating a bad relationship. What a relief that was!

You know sometimes you deeply feel a person was sent to you as an angel from beyond? For me Portia is one of them. I recently started working with Portia on some anxiety and time management issues, and I am amazed at how quickly I am working through these issues with her guidance. I have learned so many new coping skills! In our first session, we worked on a long time driving phobia, and after that, with her advice, guidance and support, I was able to drive on the freeway for the first time in 20 years!
