Staying busy with doing what I love and keeping up with my 8 year old son couldn't make me happier. With that being said, I also understand the difficulties of losing the baby weight. I know the importance of exercise while being pregnant and how to properly train someone who is pregnant. Pulse Fitness is a one-on-one training studio located on Highway 98 offering more privacy than a typical gym setting.
Acquire knowledge about nutrition facts, including food labels, calories, nutritional information and analysis that helps promote healthy eating by learning the ingredients of the foods you eat. These calculations are essential for estimating the number of calories that you burn during exercise and daily living.

After training with Kaleina for the last several months, I've lost 30 lbs and improved my body composition. She is amazing and offers nutrition plans as well as workouts. Every workout is something different so I never get bored. She listens to what your goals are and helps create a plan to get you there. She is super accommodating and is able to work around my schedule.

I have been working with Kaleina since last October and I am loving it!!! The pounds are just melting away and I’m building muscle like there’s no tomorrow! I highly recommend working with Kaleina! I worked out with her 2 days a week, 45 minutes each session for a total of 3 months (plus started doing cardio at least a couple days a week per her guidance). I actually had to take a full month off after our first 30 days due to foot surgery and I still ended up losing 16.2 lbs... which is actually a noticeable amount when you're only 5 ft 1 in. And I could not be happier! She helped me ease back into working out as my foot healed. She taught me how to change my eating habits for weight loss and just overall healthier living, and I honestly never feel

There are not enough words to describe how amazing of a personal trainer Kaleina is!! I needed her for a short time and in that time she did an amazing job and helped me get where I needed to be. Kaleina is PHENOMENAL!!! I have been training with her for a few months and have seen fantastic results! She creates workouts that target exactly what you need to work on but still manages to work your full body. Her gym is clean, has a wide variety of equipment, and offers you the comfort of training outside of loud over crowded gyms. I will defiantly continue training with her for a long time!!!
