We've stayed here multiple times; it's definitely one of our favorite places. It's tucked up in the mountain and is absolutely beautiful. The cabins are clean, the RV spots are nice with full hook ups and the owners and employees are very friendly and inviting. The location can't be beat when you have the Talimena National Scenic Byway, Mountain Gateway Scenic Byway, Queen Wilhelmina State Park and the town of Mena with it's sweet small town shops and diners just a short drive away.

This was such a great experience!! Lots of room in the Rock house for my friends and I. It was quiet and peaceful. The manager Dave was very helpful and friendly. Anything we needed, he helped. If you stay in the Rock House, there’s several things of note. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, plenty of plates and cooking pans. There is a washer and dryer in the house that is super helpful when you’ve been hiking all day at the many nearby trails. The living room area is spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my time and plan on coming back!!

Had a wonderful time staying at the Rock House. The house is fully furnished with linens, utensils, and dishes, so all you need to bring is your toiletries. The staff on site was super friendly and very helpful. The Rock House has a large (30' x 30") room that everyone can sit around and play games or watch TV. Also , there are a couple small ponds nearby where you can catch a some perch if you like. Only a 10 minutes away from Queen Wilhelmina State Park too. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

This cabin was pretty good for the price, but you do get what you pay for. The house was beautiful and you can smell the history for sure. Just some mold smells but I personally got over it considering the aesthetic made up for it. Also the dishes were not clean, kinda gross. Just a creaky creepy ol' cabin in the woods. Exactly what we wanted though. We still enjoyed our time and will probably be back in the future!

Stayed for New Years 2017. The location is somewhat of a campground environment and located centrally within a quick drive to hiking trails. Internet access is advertised however although able to connect to the device there was no access to any service to include cell. We had to drive away to use the phone. Fireplace did not work (was told manager installed it incorrectly). The biggest concern was the condition of the mattress. Before we left I removed the sheets and noticed what seemed to be an extremely unsanitized mattress cover, the mattress itself was in worst shape We noticed there was a

Awesome place! Went to this area in Arkanas for the first time, nice mountains and scenery. Good hiking trails in the nearby area and Pond on the property too. Stayed in the Rock House for two nights. Nice spacious house , cozy and well stocked. Has full kitchen .Neatly maintained. The manager said they are looking to remodel the bathrooms .
Its in the national forest area so be prepared for zero cell phone signals. They however have WIFI.
David the manager and his wife were very friendly and approachable for any questions. Their home is in the same property so we felt well attended to.Kids loved
